Construction of Boundary Wall upto Plinth Level alongwith RCC Post at Periphery of Theme Park Agra

Amount

Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift up to 1.50M and lead up to 30M, and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in Charge up to distance of 30M from the Foundation trenches. (Rate including Royalty of Earth also).

Providing & Laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 graded stone (aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including Cost of Form work in Foundatation & Floors.

Coursed rubble masonry (First sort) with hard stone in foundation and plinth with Cement mortar 1:3 (I cement : 3 coarse sand) also including supply of all material, labour & T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying D.P.C. 40mn thick with cement concrete cosisting of One part cement, 1.5: part of coarse sand and 3 part of approval 10 mm grade stone girt and including water proofing material as directed by the Engineer-in charge in proportion as specified by the manufacturer

Raised & Cut pointing on stone work with cement mortar in 1:3 cement & fine sand mortar and also including cost of all material, labour & T & P etc. required for proper completion of Work.

R.C.C. work with Cement, Approved Coarse sand & 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 ( 1 part of Cement :1.5 part of Coarse sand & 3 Part of 2 gauge stone grit) in R.C.C. column excluding supply of reinforeecement & its being and including its fixing and binding with the same with 24 BWG1 binding wire including necessary centering & shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material, labour & T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Reinforcement of Reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in and an over all rates) brought to require shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel and its waist age bend, hooks, bindings wire and authorized over Lapp shall be measured.

Providing & fixing of barbed wire fencing (Hot Dip) 10.7 (1.5.278) including necessary cutting & fixing and also including supply of all material. Labour & T & P etc. required for proper completion of Work.

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undecorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10 Sq.Mt. including one Coat of Primer applied @ 0.75 Ltr/10 Sq.Mtr. Coat curing and Cost of all material, labour, & & P etc. required for proper completion of work for two coats.
