Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) ( fifty three millimetres to zero point zero seven five millimetres ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne ( eight to ten tonne) capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.as pr direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts nd other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per sqm (Zero point two five kilogram to zero point three zero kilogram per square metre) on prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 (Viscosity grade -thirty ) @ 5.5% (Five point five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (two percent) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler prepared in batch Type hot mix Plant of 100-120 (Hundred two hot mix to work site by tippers,laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government imposed by the Government.
