Supply, installation, testing & commissioning (SITC) work of Water Cooled Screw Chiller units & connected accessories - As per AHRI/ EUROVENT certified standards:

WATER COOLED SCREW CHILLERS: SITC of Twin Screw type water cooled flooded Chiller with Star Delta Starter having a nominal capacity 120 TR (Variation ± 5 TR), latest model at below mentioned parameters suitable for operation on Eco friendly refrigerant for Screw type Machine each comprising of the following complete as per specifications and as required. Twin Screw Single Compressor hermetic complete with automatic capacity control safety switches, forced feed lubrication system, 100% to 25% stem less control, shell & tube flooded evaporator having, electronic expansion valve, motor, factory insulated chiller, vibration isolator, integrated refrigerant piping, fittings & valves and wiring, first charge of refrigerant (CFC free R-134 a) and lubricant, Star - Delta Starter, accessories as required and called for, automatic and safety controls and all mounted on a steel frame as per specifications. Motor shall be suitable for 415 ± 10% Volt, 50Hz, 3ph AC supply as per specification and drawings. Microprocessor based control panel complete with accessories as per specifications and BMS compatible (Details as per tender specifcations)

COOLING TOWER: SITC of FRP induced draft counter flow 150 TR Rectangular cooling tower each guaranteed to cool 600 USGPM of water from 97.5°F to 90°F at a design wet bulb temperature of 83°F with FRP water basin, PVC fills with integral louvers and drift elimination, hot water distribution by gravity complete with statically and dynamically balanced axial flow, direct driven fans with TEFC induction motor suitable for operation on 415 ± 10% Volt, 50 Hz. AC supply, suction screen, make up with float valve and quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections, with necessary valves, suitable inspection ladders, access arrangement for cooling tower interior, steel supporting structure, anti-vibrating mountings, painting etc. complete as per specification. CHILLED WATER PUMP: SITC of End Suction Top Discharge Flexible Coupled type Pumps with electric motor for re-circulation of water for the central air conditioning system with CI casing. Bronze / SS (CF8) impeller, high strength steel shaft. The pump motor shall be suitable for 415 +10% volts, 50 Hz, 3-phase AC power supply of minimum IE2 efficiency class. Pumps shall have outside type mechanical seal and CI casing. Pump and motor shall be factory assembled for unit responsibility all the items shall be sourced from single supplier. Pumps shall be complete as per specifications and shall have operating parameters as given below. The internal components of pumps including mechanical seal shall be suitable to sustain a temperature of 122°F. Make: Xylem / Groundfoss / Armstrong / Wilo Mather & Platt or any other standard make ( Details as per tender specifcations)
