Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary, etc., portion and making good disturbed ground. (Note:- Post shall be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cu. m, getting out, including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in soft / loose soil ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as speicified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 typr D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 typr B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches & pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius and using old size sub class 'B' bricks ,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 7 here-in-before but except brick.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick Ready on brick or concrete surface in wall (External surface) incl necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1:40 to 1.7 kg water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & Compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied as per manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS framed work such as grills . Gratings, manholes covers etc with ends of bars shouldered or reverted , frame work of water tanks and similar work conf to fe 290. Gde - E - 165complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 typr B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel as in benching/drains etc complete all as specified

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, benching rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS work as in post and struts in fencing work including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of 3.00 mm thick, mesh size 75 X 75 mm including thickness of PVC coating, approved quality any size, colour all as specified and dierected.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening /restraining and resecuring of old existing barbed wire including making good staples etc in same position complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair Punched tape Concentina coil (PTTC) 610 mm dia of coil laid over fencing of MS sec angle iron post incl necessary binding/welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces n. exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast conctete colour interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded aggregate in roof, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of external wall and making the surface smooth with sand paper and priming the surface wih alkali resistance priming paint for external surface our primed surface applying two coat of cement base paint including curing , complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for precast fibre reinforced cement concrete Manhole cover (Ist quality) including grove and hook arrangement for lifting and placing in position and sides covered by MS sheet medium duty of overall Size 500mmx900mmx 80mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabe or tiles pf any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar comlete all as specified and directed

M/L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in pillars, steps and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick plaster, all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type as per site all as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galavnised any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires any mesh size & type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc. incl provision of bindig wire.

S&F screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or squre heads at one end and screwed the other each screw to be fitted with one washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolts not exc 5cm and dia of shank 10 mm, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for wall cladding tiles ( exterior decorativeany style) ,joint free, of any colour and any size as approved by GE , 10-15 mm thick in vertical surface such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including layer 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling/Terrazo/ cladding tile including cement mortar bedding including racking of joints haking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete and removal of rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantaling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering all as specified and directed..

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

As per Item No 44 above but refixing only , complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule of Credit - Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of Credit amount Credit amount- 89,300.00
