Repair and maint of external LT distribution networks, repair to various LT equipments and connected works at Mountain Shadow under GE (AF) Borjhar

Excavating in trenches manually not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding1.5 mtr in depth/ width for laying under ground cable / foundations and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed. Note : During excavation no mechanical excavator is permitted at site, contractor will do the excavation through manually.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavating material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of lT under ground cable with screen wash sand and punning to proper reqd cover all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class ‘B’ brick for PVC under ground cable protection in trench with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat joining each other with gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm over LT under ground cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concreteType C2 1:3:6, 40mm graded aggregate all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC as in foundation or any other works type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) all as specified and directed. Note : Any form work required for PCC works are deemed to be included in this rate.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out of old/ unsv cable of any sizes or types for replacement with new one complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for LT Cable fault detection and its rectification by using Cable fault locator machine of span length maximum 2km of cable size 95 to 400 sqmm all as specified and and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Suitable excavation and jointing kit will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning LT cubicle type distribution panel of suitable size, IP-65 type (manufactured from CPRI type tested manufacturer i.e. Indo Asian/ BCH/ L&T/ Havells), Outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet supported on structural frame, angle or channel, factory made, fixed on the ground by galvanised nut & bolts, PCC works (1:2:4 Type B-1) . The LT cubicle type distribution panel should have enamelled danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick, duly painted with powder coated paint of shade RAL 7032 (internally & externally) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The LT distribution panel must have stainless steel hinges, with special type of heavy duty stainless steel front & back door opening, locking arrangements. The Panel should have provision/accommodation of the following electrical items :-

(ii) Check the under mentioned Qty of DG set from the existing site and preparation of surface by the rust and dust and corrosion by cotton paper /wire brush before repair . (iii) Shifting old u/s spare parts from site to distance not exceed 30 Mtr all as directed. (iv) Cleaning of all dust around the DG Set by using of cleaning materials. (v) Cleaning of all the greasing nozzles /parts by using of emery paper and cotton waste etc. (vi) Carry out the servicing of said DG Set ,Check the oil level of engine oil tupup the same set the tuning of engine if required. (vii) Painting with one coat of existing paint(through spray Gun) should be applied outer side of the engine,writting of Machine No with white paint ,Including of RIM of the said DG Set(Trolly mounted) with black paint and inside of the engine with silver paint with marking of existing Sign should be carried out properly and matching with same.

(viii) Minor spare parts like as rubber gasket , pins, key lock &removing of old engine oil etc shall be replaced under servicing without any extra cost and the proposed rate are excluding consumabale items (Filter, Lube Oil, Coolant,)/ Component repairing (such as FIP/ Self Starter / AC Alternator,s Burning/Battery Charging or Repairing.) shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule as supply only and fixing charge shall be deemed included in the unit rate of this of schedule as 'each job'. (ix) The repair/ servicing shall be carried out through authorised representative of ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER(OEM) only (x) Provide the visual maintenance and service supports to the AC Alternator. M&L for repairing of FIP for 62.5/ 63/ 100/ 125 KVA DG Set through FIP repair kit, incl replacement of valve and element (where ever reqd) and calibration all as specified and directed. Make of DG Set- Mahindra/ Cummins/Greaves Cotton/Jakson/Ashok Layland

S&F Self Starter Complete set 12 V for 25-45 KVA Kirloskar/ Kirloskar Bliss/Mahindra/ Cummins make Gen Set incl replacement of cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling the radiator assembly incl hose/ pipe/ clamps etc after shut off the diesel genrator set of 25 to 45 KVA capacity and taking out the same at workshop and cleaning/ servicing the same by following process:- a) Spray the hot water or steam to remove dirt, dust, or even insects which are accumulated in the radiator. b) Descaling the radiator by using rust removing acid solution and water or mixture of water, caustic soda, and kerosene as per the recommendation of the manufacturer of the generator set c) Transportation to the installation, reconnection, testing & checking etc complete Note : Repairing such as brazing or soldering, replacement of tank, hoses pipe, clamps etc are deemed to be included in the quoated rate.

S& F of Flexible pipe for fuel pump to PT pump with benjo nut, bolt & washer for DG Set of capacity upto 125 KVA

Labour for Dismantling/strip opening of 45 KVA DG Set Make-Kirloskar Bliss (at Mountain Shadow P H No-02) for repairing/ovehauliing complete, re-fixing /reassembling complete including testing commissioning all as directed. Note : (a) The above repair/overhaul shall be carried out through authrised representative of OEM. (b) The spare parts required for repairing /overhaulling shall be measured and paid under relevent items.
