CLEANING AND REPAIR OF RUNWAY MONSOON DRAINS, GRASS CUTTING ON EDGES OF RUNWAYS/PTT/SOUTH AND NORTH LOOP/LINKS AND SGA SAND AT BOTH ENDS OF RUNWAY AND MISC ITEMS FOR RSS EXERCISE AT AF STN JAISALMER UNDER GE (AF) JAISALMER

M&L for grass cutting any number of times at particular location (Vegetation clearance) on shoulders near by runway, taxi track etc mechanically by fuel operated grass cutting machines, shrubs cutting machines etc as directed in such a way that grass should be maintained exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 15cm in height from ground and including removing the same outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The daily manpower to be deployed by the contractor shall be minimum 06 Nos having brush cutter each and no lapses is acceptable. In case of any failure or lapse, Rs.500 per day as compansetion will be charged to the contractor. (ii) Measurement paid for grass cuttings shall be of portions covered by grass, vegetations only.

Cleaning of storm water drains along side runways, taxi links and shoulders of any width and depth by surface dressing of drain not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil with and including cutting and cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, bush wood under growth roots etc at the bottom and sides of drain and removal of all to a distance not exceeding 500m from the outside periphery of the area under clearance etc using mechanical equipment like JCB, tippers or any other means etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of making temporary approaches for JCB in deeper drains including cleaning off the same from site on completion of work. (ii) Measurements to be accounted and paid shall be drain length along the centre and average bottom width of drain.

Cleaning of storm water drains along side BP's, runways, taxi links and shoulders of any width and depth by surface dressing/excavation of bottom surface of drain exceeding 100 mm deep getting out in any type of soil from the bottom and side of drain by manually or mechnically and complete removal using mechanical equipment like JCB, Tippers or any other means and remove the soil from site at a place as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of making temporary approaches for JCB in deeper drains including cleaning off the same from site on completion of work. (ii) Measurements to be accounted and paid shall be drain length along the centre and average bottom width of drain and average depth of cutting.

Squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete as specified and directed including demolition of old stone masanory complete.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of masonry wall including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, necessary formwork as required including demolition of old coping complete all as specified and directed.

Keyed pointing in cement and mortar (1:4) to square rubble masonry coursed or brought upto courses etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for SGA ploughing any number of times at perticular location near by PTT etcby mechanical means using tractor and cultivator having nine or more cultivator shovel all as per directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for scrapping out the grass with roots manually any number of times upto 1.0 meter in width from the edge of the interlocking tile, parallel to the pavement and removing the same out side the MD land complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Machine & Labour for cleaning culvert of any size or dia inside Airfield area by manually or mechanically complete all as directed by Engg- in- Charge.

Excavation over area n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil as specified and directed.

Excavation over area exc 1.50m and n exc 3.00m deep and getting out in any type of soil as specified and directed.

Removing and cleaning of surplus exavated material (Rock/Sdr/Soil) and any other inside crater/other places upto required depth and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for filling of crater by stone boulder of size 63mm and above through JCB/labour including spreading rolling and consolidation in layers as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Stone Boulders shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for filling of crater. The rate of loading, unloading and transportation of aggregate of size 63mm and above upto a distance of 10 Km to the location as per site requirement is inclusive in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Procurement of safety measures of labours like gloves, helmet, field dress, gum boot, gogles, mask, etc during execution of work is inclusive in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Labour only for filling of crater by stone boulder of size 20mm to 63mm through JCB/labour including spreading rolling and consolidation in layers as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Stone Boulders shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for filling of crater. The rate of loading, unloading and transportation of aggregate of size 20mm to 63mm upto a distance of 10 Km to the location as per site requirement is inclusive in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Procurement of safety measures of labours like gloves, helmet, field dress, gum boot, gogles, mask, etc during execution of work is inclusive in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Labour only for filling of crater by sand in a layer of thickness 20mm through JCB/labour including spreading rolling and consolidation in layers as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Sand shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for filling of crater. The rate of loading, unloading and transportation of sand upto a distance of 10 Km to the location as per site requirement is inclusive in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Procurement of safety measures of labours like gloves, helmet, field dress, gum boot, gogles, mask, etc during execution of work is inclusive in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

High density polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness of virgin quality as per ASTM D 2103, IS 2508 laid with side and end overlapping not less then 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work, for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Machine and labour required for loading, unloading, transportation and filling of rapid hardening cement in hopper of IMDM machine including arrangement of crane of suitable capacity for laying as required at site complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (i) Rapid Hardening Cement shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for filling of crater. The rate of loading, unloading and transportation of Cement upto distance of 10 Km to the location as per site requirement is inclusive in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Procurement of safety measures of labours like gloves, helmet, field dress, gum boot, gogles, mask, etc during execution of work is inclusive in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Machine and labour for transportation only heavy machine like IMDM Machine etc to a specified location upto distance of 10 Km and re-shifting of the same by towing IMDM machine with tractor or suitable vehicle upto a distance of 10 KM after completion of task and cleaning of IMDM machine with water to desired satisfaction of Engineer - in- Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Transportation of water from MES pump house to required site inside AF Stn Jaisalmer with arrangement of water bowser of capacity not less than 10000 Ltr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundaton, filling and mass concrete including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggragete in alternate bays including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick top layer of wearproof hardner granolithic concrete with 1:4:12 (metallic hardner:cement:6mm grit) including metalic hardner and including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of metallic hardner is inclusive in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.
