Structural Designing and Construction of RCC framed structure building “Creation of Facilities for Tourists at Mahamaya Temple, Dhubri, Assam,”On Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-II Basis,with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note: - Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed. ( for Guest House and Rest house)

Structural Designing and Construction of Single Storied Assam type structure “Creation of Facilities for Tourists at Mahamaya Temple, Dhubri, Assam,”On Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-II Basis,with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note: - Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed. ( for Market Building)

Repair and renovation of the existing toilet block of “Creation of Facilities for Tourists at Mahamaya Temple, Dhubri, Assam,”On Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-II Basis, removing flushing cistern /W.C./ Wash basin of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitreous China) including stacking of materials near the site and building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead or nearest municipal dumping ground as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Contractor should verify the existing public toilet before quoting the rate. Repaire and renovation of Toilet block includes cleaning and repairing of existing septic tank, connection of service lines etc. The scope of the work is not limited to the scope mention above but also to make the toilet functional.

Designing and construction of Civil External development works (B (i-xi), Horticulture & Landscape and Tubewell approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge

Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical sub station ,DG set , and CCTV system with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Providing & fixing of Furniture, fixtures of interior works such as bed, bed side table, chair, sofa, wardrobe, curtain, floor mat, luggage rack, receiption counter, column/ wall panelling as per specifications as mentioned in project specific scope of works.
