Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 900 mm dia (nine hundred millimeter) diameter reinforced cement concrete light duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2 (two) as per design in single row for culverts on concrete cradle bedding or plain cement concrete grade M-15 (fifteen) in single row including providing and fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 (One cement is to two sand), excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete cradle bedding and masonry work in head walls and parapets etcetera complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1101 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg. ( zero point eight five kilogram) per Square Metre) of road surface using mechanical means bitumen emulsion pressure distributor complete as per MORD technical Specification Clause 502 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 Kg. (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre on prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic brooms as per Technical Specification Clause 503 or as directed by the engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) compacted thickness composed of type-"A" 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm ( Thirteen decimal two millimetre to five decimal six millimetre ) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero decimal two seven cubic metre) pre-mixed with bitumen binder grade VG-10 (Viscosity Grade ten) at the rate of 14.6 kg.
