REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED CABLE WITH CONNECTED ITEMS IN BLDG NO P-40 AND EARTHING FOR SECURITY POLE AT CERTAIN PLACES AT NAYA RAIPUR MIL STN

Disconnecting the existing LT UG cable of any size and taking out the damaged electric UG cable from trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : earth work shall be measure and paid separately.

Supply, lay and testing XLPE, insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm, 3.5 core cross sectional area laid in trenches/ poles/ ducts/ pipes or through sleeves etc., including connecting/ jointing with lugs and route marker (cast iron) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for laying of pipe cables etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with earth obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river washed and screened dry sand for filling in trenches/ ground 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable, stretching and testing the cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix light grade galvanised iron tube 80 mm bore with all fittings and fixed to walls / ceiling or laid in floor, pole or laid in trenches and road crossings including sealing ends with hessian cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with teak wood bushes for ends fixed with walls / poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing earthing for steel tabular pole complete with galvanised steel earth pleate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level) connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel and connecting to earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point all as specified and indicated including testing on complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth continuity conductor and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid under the respective items.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 4 pole, adjustable type, front operated with two suitable position, 400 amps, 50 Hz, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 35 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 4 pole, adjustable type, front operated with two suitable position, 100 amps, 50 Hz, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 35 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 35,350.00
