Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation and and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

All as per sl. item No.01 above but in hard/dense soil.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 in depth for foundation getting out in hard rock/road cutting/RCC/PCC all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying High density poly-ethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure 6 kgf/cm2 pipe, 50mm dia for laying of cable protection to walls/ trenches/floor/ceilings all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering ,well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of soil not exc. 50m away from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material from the site of work and transporting out side of MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in width for foundatuion/road filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and up old unsereviceable cable of any size from pole wall/roof/trenches all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum submain wiring complete including all fixtures and fittings such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, regulators, switch socket outlet, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces all as specified and directed

M&L in repairs for fabrication work with Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specifeid and diredted.

Dismantling of damaged/Burnt MCCB and Supply & fixing of HRC FUSE, 4 Pole,160 Amps, with MCCB 160Amp 36kA, 415Volts, 50Hz, ACs with enclosure of 2.00 mm thick for indoor S/S fixing on wall/feeder panel for inter connection of panel all as specified and directed. MAKE: As per existing make.

M&L in repairs/ Overhauling/Servicing to existing LT electric Meter panel box or any indoor type panel by taking shut down from appropiate authority including following activities (i) Tightning the loose connections and cleaning inside/out side complete replacing all cable defective glands, thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, applying petrolium jelly on the contactors, providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repair to broken /hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable, and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge all as specified and directed . Note : MCCB, MCB will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Panel meter cabin panel indoor type, mounted on angle iron frame made out from size 40x40x5 mm grouted on floor, cubical indoor type for 415V, 3 phase, made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet weather, vermin proof factory fabricated, CPRI approved, front open hinged door with locking arrangement powder coated, individual compartment for MCCBs and 200 Amps rated bus bar, top and bottom cable entry including disconnecting cable connections and electronic meters from old meter cabin panel and fixing/connecting in new installed panel with provisions of thimble/lugs and necessary form work and PCC foundation including shifting of existing panel if any making arrengement for fixing of panel and making good to disturbed surface as directed comprising of the following :- (a) MCCB, FP, 125 Amps 36 kA- 01 Nos. Make-Legrand / Schneider / L&T (b) MCB 40 Amps, 10KA, C series - 21 Nos .
