Material and labour for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of GI Welding made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead, 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering and earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, transformer neutral and testing on completion as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast reinforced cover with MS XPM Jalli, RCC 1:1.5:3 cover slab of size 400 x 400 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, wire mesh and testing complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling old defective earth pit. Note: (i) Cost of GI earth Strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. S&F in replacement of digital Volt meter (0-500) including connections and testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for spray painting to feeder pillar box / LT panel & duct cover etc, including angle iron frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint grey or colour as approved by GE / Engr in -Charge as per site suitability synthetic enamel paint including door welding with hinges complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in coping of poles including necessary form work and fair finishing to exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for attending LT breakdown complaints/defects from transformer LT terminal box upto Bldg feeder pillar box/DBs with connected switchgears, cables etc complete for making the continuity of supply after rectifying the defects of the electrical network by carrying out with the following scope of work:- (i) cable faults : disconnecting the both ends of cable and check the insulation resistance value.Physical inspection / tracing the cable in cable duct/ trenches. Cutting/disconnecting damaged portion and re-checking for insulation value, and make the cable connection after rectification at both end terminations to restore the power supply. (ii) unserviceable control switch gears / MCCBs / MCB: remove the MCCB/MCB from the panel board and clean the carbonized / burnt surfaces with varnish / CRC solution to make good and fix the new MCCB of suitable rating and connect the cable to MCCB terminals with proper lugging and by applying proper torque to avoid loose connections. spreader links shall be provided if necessary as per site requirement. (iii) Terminals/lugs failure: check for any cable terminal damage / melting by over heating, loose contacts. the damaged portion of cable shall be removed and fixing the lugs and terminate the cable by applying proper torque to avoid loose connections and proper re-distribution of over loading of cable complete all as specifed and as directed. Note :- (i) cable joint kit, MCCB/MCB, lugs and cable fault detection by fault finding machine, any excavation earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items. spreader links /insulation tape shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iii) Each Breakdown complaint/defect attended shall be measured as one job through job card. (iv) The contractor shall depute necessary man power on daily basis for rectifying the jobs including sundays and holidays.

M&L for detecting LT UG cable faults located in any stretch/ depth with sophisticated cable fault locator consisting of microprocessor based pre-locator system, surge generator of capacity upto 1.1 KV, fault pin point surge wave reciever, cable indentification instrument , cable tracer for exact location of under ground cable routes as per directed. Note: The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of transportation of equipment from any location and charges for service engineer for identifying the fault including their boarding & lodging complete.

Design, Supply, installing testing and commissioning factory fabricated out door type totally enclosed LT cubical panel board suitable size with busbar, conforming to relevant IS and protection class IP-65 ,dust,vermin and weather proof fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated ,mounted on 40x40x5mm MS angle iron frame,duly welded in shape and coated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of redoxide primer including necessary grouting of legs 300mm deep in ground in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate ,panel base to be 500mm above ground level with suitable compartments for controls and Monitors including cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables,locking arrangement,including accomodating, unserviceable LT panels supply and fixing the following accessories/items with necessary internal panel wiring with suitable size of Copper wire PVC insulated & sheathed multi stranded complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge including Supply and fixing the following :-

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT panel board factory made outdoor type, double door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, floor mounting, dust and vermine proof, suitable for voltage 415 V 3 Phase 4 wire weather proof, with IP-54 protection, with separate hinge door for each compartment for incoming and outgoing switchgears/ACB/MCCB etc with locking arrangement, with back door openable (Screwed), including painting with two coats of epoxy powder paint over a coat of primer after under going a rigorous metal treatment process involving alkaline degreasing, descaling in dilute sulphuric acid or any other acid and phosphate and with aluminium busbar (TPN), suitable double compression copper cable glands complete in all respect and including PCC work and provn of the following and including dismantling old LT panel:

M&L for dismantling the cable connections of four pole/ three pole Air circuit breaker of capacity 800 to 1250 Amps ,415 V 50 HZ of L&T Make/C&S/GE/ABB make, strip opening the Air circuit breaker, inspecting the parts for serviceability/overhauling complete and carrying out the following repairs/maintenance :- a) Cleaning the insulation parts including bushings with CRC solution. b) Checking the alignment and condition of movable and stationary contacts and adjust them all as per manufacturer's instructional manual c) Check the bolts, nuts, washers, cotter pins and all terminal connections are in place and tights. Replace the worn-out parts. d) Check arc chutes for damage . e) Clean and lubricate the operating mechanism with a light machine oil for pins and bearings and with a non-hardening grease for the wearing surfaces .
