12 BHP - 01 No. Diesel engine pumpset at Sumdo. Note for item No. 1.01 to 1.07 :- Spare parts like filters, engine oil and other spares shall be measured and paid separately as 'supply only' under relevant items of BOQ. Fixing/ labour charges for replacement of spares deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply only element diesel filter with gasket of existing size and model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only element oil filter with gasket of existing size and model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only inner and outer air cleaner element of existing size and model complete all as specified and directed.

Suppply only element bypass filter with gasket of existing size and make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only lubrication oil SAE-40 (20w-40 grade) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling in situ, Cleaning and calibration of the fuel tank of various capacities, by using 'K' oil and removing of sludge accumulated inside the tank, including replacment of feul tank strainer, cap and unserviceable fuel indicatior including refixing after repair and welding the leakage portions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement ,connecting and testing battery lead (Heavy duty) , PVC insulated with multi stranded copper conductor, single core of size 25 sqmm, one side fixed with clamp and other side fixed with brass battery terminal for 2 mtr length suitable colour coding for phase and earth complete all as specified and directed

M&L in replacement, connecting and testing exhaust manifold assembly suitable for 50 KVA capacity DG Set of existing size and model complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement battery, maint free type, 100Ah complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement battery, maint free type 110Ah suitable for solar light fitting complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement battery, maint free type, 150Ah complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting & taking out the non-functional voltage stabilizer of any description and in any position & opening of servo operated oil cooled voltage stabilizer of cap 30 KVA , single/three phase, 50 Hz and draining out of transformer oil, replacement of UNSV/defective wiring parts as per existing sizes, dimmerstat, carbon brush, servo motor of existing capacity, PCB, etc as required and complete servicing including filteration & refilling of transformer oil with top-up of new oil if required, reassembling, connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair air termination single pointed Copper rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long including fixing on roof with MS clamp and nut, bolt and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in repair earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. Connected by 25x4 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x 300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size in (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) reinforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1 (2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthling strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Servicing of window/split AC 1.5/2 TR capacities any make by opening the indoor/outdoor unit, cleaning the air filter, condenser including complete body of the unit with brush and air blower, washing with cleaning detergent & fresh water jet, greasing fan motor, rectification of loose electric connections and replacement of unserviceable knobs of electrical items and replacement of defective spare parts as required complete all as specified and directed. Note : Replacement of spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ as 'Supply Only'.

M&L for servicing, maintenance and repairs to Refrigerator / Deep Freezer of capacity 280 to 386 Litres of any make and model including periodical cleaning to condenser coil and compresser, replacement of starting relay if required, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Replacement of starting relay will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ as 'Supply Only'.

Supply only Starting Relay suitable for item no. 41 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Gas charging with refrigerant to ACs/water cooler/Deep freezer /Refrigerator including arresting of existing leakage by brazing work complete and all as specified and directed

M&L for servicing, cleaning of water purifier of existing make & model including replacement of defective spare parts as required complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of defective spare parts shall be measured & paid separately as "Supply only" in relevent items of BOQ.
