Repair and renovation of 2nd Indian reserve Battalion Bhamini at Gunupur such as painting and plastering (Res) during 2025-26

Removing Old lime or cement plaster including raking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&P,Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Scarping old paints with scapers, sand papering & washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges up to 5.0m hetght with cost of all labour T&P,Cess etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & Removing old tile flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m intial lead and lifts 1.5 M intial lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site including cost of all labour, T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 6 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:4) on outside surface of exposed RCC with sand for mortar and finished smooth to RCC work after closed deep chipping & slurry treatment including watering and curing etc complete with cost, conveyance, royalties and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P,Cess, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 16 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P,Cess, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified tiles (60cm x 60cm: colour) in floors over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P,Cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified tiles (60cm x 60cm: colour) in dadoo in all floors over 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P,Cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size crushed stone granite aggregates including laying in layers, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P,Cess etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

Painting two coats with approved weather seal paints of approved colour, shade on wall surface including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P,Cess etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.Ground Floor

Finishing plastered surfaces with cement putty (water based) of approved make on inside plaster / concrete surface and finishing the surface smooth and even by sand papering to receive paint in walls, at all heights with staging wherever necessary with cost, conveyance, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P,Cess etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint over a coat of water bond cement primer to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance,EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P,Cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P,Cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
