Loading of 315 MVA T/F main tank along with accessories, making the wooden sleeper plate from jacking the T/F tank up to trailer height placing the rail under T/F tank and shifted up on trailer, removed the rail under T/F tank and proper tightening the main tank with trailer bed with the help of steel rope and turn buckle at 400KV S/S Unnao.

Carriage of 315 MVA T/F main tank from 400KV S/S Unnao to 400KV S/S Moradabad distance approx. 650 Km. (Route via Unnao to Kanpur to Agra to Noida to Moradabad ).

Providing of Shock recorder before start of journey carriage of main tank 315MVA T/F at 400 KV S/S Unnao to 400 KV S/S Moradabad for checking of core & winding in proper position inside the transformer tank after complete of journey send to be reported supervision Engineer within 10 days.

Opening of lashing of main tank of 315 MVA Transformer loaded on Trailer jacking the tank for packing the rail under the T/F tank and shifting it of wooden to plate form, Removing the rail under the T/F tank on wooden sleeper, lowering the tank towards ground by slowly and removing the wooden sleeper under the tank and unloading of various Transformer accessories of above 315 MVA T/F like oil filled drums, bushing conservator tank, cooling fan etc. from Track/ Trailer at site at 400 KV S/S Moradabad.

Dismantling of 198 KV LA & 245 KV porcelain insulator along with structure and its jumpers, earthing, surge monitor shifiting these to in the switchyard erection work completed & erection of the same after erection work of the 315 MVA T/F and all other associated work.

Dismantling all water and air pipe line of emulsifire system of 240 MVA T/F & its shifting, proper stacking near safe place .

Draining out of complete Transformer oil in empty drum from 240 MVA Transformer Main Tank at 400 KV Sub-Station Moradabad.

Complete dismantling of 240 MVA T/F of all radiators, conservator tank, oil pipe line, all bushing turret, fans, motors, marshaling box, RTCC panel etc. by cutting with the help of gas cutter of all pipe line, radiator, and other associated work to complete the job satisfactory including proper stacking. (nut and bolts and gasket shall be provided by the department). All other T & P etc. Shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing of Dry Air at the time opening of blanking plate for erection of 315 MVA Transformer main tank and filling of Dry Air of dew point -40°C or better for completion of Work. The work shell including connecting pipe as required measuring Due Point values of Dry Air.

Replacement of all new gasket of radiators, HV/LV/tertiary/Neutral bushing and all turret, 1’, 3’,4’,6’ dia oil pipe lines, buchholz, PRVs, NRVs, Surge Relay, oil pump, oil flow indicator, Diverter switch gasket, diverter value , air realizing Teflon washer etc. excluding main tank of 315 MVA T/F.( Crane shall be arrange by Contactor).

Complete erection of 315MVA T/F by erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushings their turret, connecting oil pipe line, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer, RTCC panel, oil pump and associated pipe line etc.to complete the job satisfactorily including first filling of oil in tank, radiator, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and attending the oil leakage if any satisfactory completion of work.

Complete evacuation of 315 MVA Transformer Main Tank and filling of dry Nitrogen/ Dry air of due point -400C or better in vacuum upto pressure of .25 kg/Cm2 and the again evacuation the Transformer tank after required time interval (approx. 12/24 Hrs) using centrifuging machine. The work shall including connecting pipe of machine as required measuring due points valve of Nitrogen/ dry air after every cycle till the required value is activated.

Overhauling of diverter switch after removing of oil and dirty T/F oil from its chamber filling the fresh centrifuged T/F oil its centrifuged circulation as per norms of T/F.

Filling the T/F oil in oil tanker from Drums by centrifuging machine to increase the BDV value in 315 MVA T/F.

Circulation of T/F oil of 315 MVA T/F in transformer tank or oil tanker by connecting centrifuging machine to be provided by the contactor. Taking BDV values of oil and IR values periodically till the required value is reached as per direction of Supervising Engineer. (Approx. 100 KL)

Create the vacuum inside the transformer tank & stand at 24Hrs. filling the oil step by step in 315 MVA T/F

Fresh earthing with 75x10/50x6mm M.S flat 1200mm deep of 315 MVA T/F body at two points neutral bushing of T/F including painting by green paint in two coats (Flat arrange by the Department.)

Connection of 315 MVA transformer with laying of cable and termination in between turrets, WTI, OTI, Buchholz relays, PRV, cooling fans, pumps, OLTC, Marshaling box etc. with proper ferruling as per drawing.

Jumpering of 400/220 KV and transformer HV/LV side transformer bushing of 315 MVA T/F of different type connectors, jumper and clamps/PG clamps etc. including all other associated works to complete the job.

Installation of emulsifier system for 315 MVA T/F :- Supply & installation of high velocity automatic water spraying system for 315 MVA T/F including, laying of fire detection/water pipe line, valves, Quartzoid bulb, HVWS nozzles along with all material complete (as per site requirement) :- (Consisting of items from Sl.No. 32.01 to Sl.No. 50.01)

Supply & laying of different sizes of M.S Pipe ‘B’ class for fire water pipe line/support as per IS specification (IS code-1239). Complete with elbow Tee, Socket reducer etc. with anti-corrosive treatment with detail as below: (In Mtr)

Supply and laying of different size of GI Pipe ‘B’ class for fire detection/Water pipe line as per specification (IS Code-1239). Complete with elbow, Tee Socket. Reducer with detail as below: (In Mtr)

Supply & Installation of Flanges as per IS-1538 of different sizes, work include proper butt welding with pipe & proper packing and coupling with Nut & Bolt (1 set=2 No. flanges) with detail as below:
