Hybrid Building Structure:
Hybrid Solution using LGSF 550 MPA & 3 Plate - 345 MPA TATA or equivalent make steel designed in accordance with IS code - stadd & Framecad software duly painted with primer and paint – total 80 DFT.

LGSF works: 150 GSM 550 MPA Zincalume sections – C75-100 mm sections 0.75/1.0 mm BM thickness, designed using Framecad/Supracad.
The steel manufacturer shall provide an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) to the MES, ensuring transparency in the material's environmental impact. The coated steel finish shall be free from defects and shall provide branding on back side with product details such as thickness, grade,coating mass, date, mfg. name and MES. The steel manufacturers test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of steel must be approved by the concerned engineer authorised by Engineer-in-charge prior to installation. The manufacturer of the steel and profile should be the same.

| - | Decking and slab:
Supply & Installation of Structural Decking 51 DECK Profile in Galvanized Steel shall be minimum 0.8mm thick BMT 550MPa yield strength as per IS 513 with a crest height of 51 mm at a pitch distance of 316mm c/c having a cover width of 960 mm, 3mm deep and 19 mm long embossment on either side of webs which are diagonally opposite to each other to provide the mechanical interlocking between the steel and concrete ensuring adequate composite action between steel and concrete.The panel shall have v”shape of 10mm deep on rib and panasa stiffener and male and female interlocking at side lap. The deck panel shall be coated with hot dipped zinc with coating mass of Z 275gm per sqm on both sides as per IS277 or approved equivalent as per direction of Engineer in charge.
The Steel conforms to IS1397 and BSEN10147:2000. The profile comprises of intermediate male & female ribs for every interlocking of side lap joints. Thickness of the slab from top of deck sheet will be as per disign (Min thickness 100 mm). Water proofing treatment shall be provided on roof with tile as specified.

Supply & fixing of external wall system on Light gauge steel framework with outer face having 4 mm thick ACP panel or Terracotta wall cladding or combination of both as specified on top of 10 mm thick heavy duty fiber cement board confirming to to IS 14862:200, type A (High pressure steam cured) as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling/taping screws/fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make. A grove of 2 mm to 3 mm shall be maintained and groves shall be sealed with silicon-based sealant. The board shall be fixed in a staggered pattern.Internal face 12mm thick calcium silicate board fixed on 10 mm thick fiber cement board confirming to IS 14862:2000 of category III type B (High pressure steam cured) as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling/taping screws/fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make, proper taping and jointing to be done using fiber mesh tape and epoxy and acrylic based jointing compound for seamless finish.
(i) A breathable vapour barrier underneath the cement fiber board as per National Building Code 2009.
(ii) Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin bonded rock wool conforming to IS: 8183, having density 48 kg/m3, 75 mm thick fixed to wall. | - | - | - | - |

Supply & fixing 12 mm thick calcium silicate board on 10 mm thick fiber cement board on both the face of walls confirming to IS 14862 : 2000 of category III of type B(High pressure steam cured) as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling/taping screws/fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make, proper taping and jointing to be done using fiber mesh tape and epoxy and acrylic based jointing compound for seamless finish.
(i) PCC blocks and wall tiles to be used in toilet area as specified.
(ii) Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin bonded rock wool conforming to IS: 8183, having density 48 kg/m3, 75 mm thick fixed to wall. | - | - | - | - |
