Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6 sq mm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out in soft soil for laying of cables, foundation of poles, and stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

S&L well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks (using old size brick) laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (Soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of GI tubing Medium grade 40 mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches/road crossing/along the pole for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed .(Make:- Jindal/Prakash/Tata)

M&L for Cutting chases,pinning in,making good of PCC hard standing to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 , exc.10 cm. but not exc.20 cm girth to ends or edges of landing,steps,cills,sunshades,shelves,lintels,etc.and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,laying of cables and making good with old shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting Bituminous road in,making good with facing where required and pointing exc.30 cm. but not exc.1.0 mtr. girth to ends or edges of landing,steps,cills,sunshades,shelves,lintels,etc.and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,laying of cables and making good with old shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for pole complete all as specified and directed

M & L of MS Clamp of flat iron size 50x6 mm incluidng nut, bolt, washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade upto 1.5 mtr below ground level for protection pipe ,excavation and earth work charcole dust, common salt PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20 mm stone aggregate for chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type BI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, round ,PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in Plate no 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified and directed .
