Rolling and consoli dating formation surfaces in cutting only with power roller 8-10 tone including filling in hollows and depression which occur during the process of rolling complete as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick each layer, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone interstics filled, surface formed and rolled & consolidated with 8 to 10 tone power roller to required gradient & camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick WBM laid in two separate layers each layer shall be 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) (granite, trap or basalt) with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc 250m but n.exc 500m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly priming coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for consolidated thickness (compacted) Premix Bituminous Macadam with 4% binder content (Paving bitumin of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying or mixed with self propelled mechanical paver, duly rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm thcik consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight to total mix using VG 30 paving bitumin by Mechanised paver rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient complete & rolling to a smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting Lines, Dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow (retro reflective thermo plastic road marking paint 1.50 mm thick, uniform finish yellow / white in colour, applied by machine), all as specified and conforming to BS 3262-1989 including cleaning of surface completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick Lime or sand kerb Stone of roughly squared stones of size all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20mm jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and directed.
