Providing & laying Dense graded Bituminious macadam (Grade-II) with100-120TPH batch HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premix with bituminous binder @ 4.50 Percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, lever and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause 507 Complete in all respects inculding all material complete excluding GST.

Providing & applying Tack coat with V.G.-10 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.20kg/Sqm. On the prepared Bitumen/ granular surface clieaned with mecha-nical broom. complete excluding GST.
