Renovation of Nirikshan Bhawan for Health and Wellness Center under Dhanwar Nagar Panchayat

Dismantalling pucca brick or lime work including stacking servicible materials in countable stacks within 16M lead and disposal of unservicible materials with all lead all complete as per building specification & direction of E/I.

Providing designation 75A brick work in C.M (1:4) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, costs of screening, materials, scaffolding, raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes & royalty all complete as per building specification & direction of E/I.

Covering of treated surface with PCC :- Providing 50 mm thick Cement Concrete M20(1:1.5:3) maintaining slope in alternate 2 mt x 2 mt panels with aaproved quality of stone chips of 20 mm

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I

Prpviding 12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) ……do……do….as per specification & direction of E/I.

Providing PCC M-20 with nominal mix (1:1.5:3) in foundation & plinth with approved quality of stone…..do…do…direction of E/I.

Providing and laying Doublecharge vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 / ISO 13006 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600x12 mm .

Providing and laying 6mm precast white glazed tiles in walls over 12mm cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry flush pointing with white cement including rubbing, polishing and cost of curring taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction and E/I.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over old surface including washing cleaning and preparing the walls scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
