Supply, laying, jointing, connecting, testing & commissioning cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 35 sqmm x 3.5 core including two suitable size of both side End termination Joint with Thimbling/Lugs and all other connnected connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE - (a) The cable must be without joint from one end to another end (b). The cost of excavation, returning, filling, removal and PCC cable covers will be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose/hard soil n exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out including forming bottom to required level or slope for laying pipes / laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soft / loose soil in trenches including spreading, leveling and well ramming in 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc in 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness.) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes).

Material and labour precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour making bore to road width for providing GI pipe medium/light grade both end socketed for passing armoured cable complete all as specifed.

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing size 50 mm bore (Light grade) with all necessary fittings laid in trenches under road crossing or fixed on poles / walls / under floors for cable protection complete all as specfied and as directed.

Material and labour for erection of internally and externally hot dipped galvanized 3 MM thick steel sheet (grade S355JO) 7 Mtr long 'smart poles' of octagonal cross-section with integral camouflaged junction box for incorporating control gears with flush door with necessary locking arrangements, having base plate 220x260x12MM to be grouted on suitable size shallow foundation with M-15 concrete with 750 MM long 04 Nos. 20MM dia. bolts and 4MM anchor plate, mounted with pole top mounting spigot type hot galvanised single arm street light mounting bracket Single arm bracket 1000 mm in length all as per instructions and technical specifications of OEM and to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Make-Bajaj, Cat Ref. No. - BOP-7030 or of equivalent makes specified in the list of makes.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D- 2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping pedestal to poles including provision of necessary frame work finishing the expossed surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 watt 230V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix weather proof aluminum conductor 4 sqmm 2 core, flat cable for connection from looping box to street light fitting complete all as directed and specified.

Material and labour for earthing complete with 600x600x6mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including G.I. Strip of size 25x4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised iron 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, CI frame, charcoal and common salt filling in alternate layers complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No 5 of SI part I of 1991 complete all as directed and specified.

NOTE - The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of minor spares and misc jobs to be carried at site for fittment of luminarie.
