Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil by manual or mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan) inclu. Dressing of sides and rammings of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 mtr. Incl.disposal or fillings of excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT/H.L.-All work upto plinth level

1:5:10 (1Cement: 5 fine sand: 10 graded stone aggegate 40 mm nominal size) crushed

1:3:6 (1Cement: 3 fine sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement excluding the cost of centring shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 ce,ment:1.5 coarse sand: graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriages of material by MT/H.L.

Reinforcement cement concrete work in walls ( any thickness), including attached pilasters,suspended floors, roofs, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and strusses etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinformcement 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cmenet: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all completete thermo mechanically treated bars including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT/H.L.

Cement plaster ( in fine sand) having thickness 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Centering and Shuttering of Formwork including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work

Foundations. Footings, bases of columns etc. mass concrete

Wall (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses abutments etc

Suspended floor,roofs,landings,balconies and access platform

Edges of slabs and breaks and floors and walls above 20cms wide.

Providing and fixing CIB of approved size by way of making foundation in M10, Brickwork in 1:6 cement mortar including plastering with 1:4 cement mortar, painting and writings as per the directions of engineer incharge including all carriages , supply , complete job.
