Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for : suspended floors roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shaped, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to given an even shade : 13.98.1 one or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exteriro paint of required shade : 13.111.1 old work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : one or more coats on old work

25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm x 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (+-0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23 x 10 mm are provided on both verticle edge to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm and 1.0 mm ( +-0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with high density polyurethane foam. The top & bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm x 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixture. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places

Dismantling roofing including rodges, hips, valleys and gutters etc and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of : asbestos cement roof

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and /or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS : 14871) roofing upto any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks. Bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. Plain and bitumen washers etc complete (excluding the cost of purling, rafters and trusses) inclduing cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, window, clerestory window, all complete with : 10.30.1 4.0 mm thick glass panes
