Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismantling and stacking within 100 m lead.

Dismantling old plaster / skirting carefully , raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 100 m lead

Lead charges for lead exceeding 2 KM but not exceeding 3 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc. Debris Note: The rates are applicable for Net Quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 20% in respect of Soil, 30% in respect of Debris and @ 50% in respect of Rock from corresponding STACK / TRUCK Measurement.

Disposal of diamantled structural steel /aluminium of all sections, plates etc by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved location/TVS dumping ground or as directed by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and constructing Brickwork in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand with Flyash/ Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg/ sq.cm strength of approved make and size in super structure up to and including Floor II Level including, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, cleaning complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand on wall surface to receive specified paint including scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade without cement primer, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved make over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting two coats on steel surfaces with synthetic enamel paint of approved bnrand and manufacture to give an even shade over a Primer Coat.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Project Engineer.

Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and quartz sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and quartz sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, complete all as directed at site using approved polymer suitable for structural repair shall be used). Note: The measurement will be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout powder utilized for grouting.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Steel Supplied by the Contractor. Using materials manufactured by approved brands of BARC only Confirming to IS:2062

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing 15-17 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut Granite of Telephone Black colour for kitchen platforms, vanitiy counters, Wash basin Counters, Door Frames, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing the edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels.

Providing and Fixing Homogeneous 2.00 mm thick PVC sheet / tile in flooring and skirting of approved make in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer including, levelling small undulations with plasterof paris if required , rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge in approved colour and shade.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Anodised Aluminium sections (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron) Notes : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fastners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S. rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Repairs to the cracked, damaged spalled, portion of R.C.C ceiling by epoxy formulation of approved manufactures as per the specification and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including, cleaning of reinforcement, surface - preparation as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer, applying bonding coat to reinforcement & exposed prepared surfaces with Epoxy formulation and various thickness of Epoxy mortar / concrete as specified, finishing smooth to match the existing shape and dimensions using suitable scaffolding & hoisting arrangement, preparation etc. complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge and all as per the specification.

Providing and erecting Tubular scaffolding inside the hall using H frames and MS Pipes, working platform, Access Ladders for safe working up to ceiling height. Rate to include all consumables, equipment, labour, erection and dismantling and removal of the same after the work of repair is completed. Scaffolding for Maximum Height 20.00 m. Note : (1) Measurement shall be plan area of ceiling area covered (2) For all items under this work order which require scaffolding, the Scaffolding will be measured and paid only once, irrespective of duration of scaffolding for the entire work and will not be seperately paid for each item. (3) Scaffolding shall be removed only after completion of all works. (4) The scaffolding once provided shall be removed after the entire work is neatly completed in all respects and payment shall be made after completion of all works and measurement will be taken only once. (5) Necessary aluminium/ M.S. ladder/staircase module shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, upto the full height of scaffolding at required locations around the building to enable department Engineer/Supervisor to closely supervise the repair work at heights.The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (6)Contractor has to make arrangement at his own expenses for temporary sealing of windows/openings with plywood, to avoid breaking of windows panes, and covering outdoor ac units during the progress of work (7) Wherever scaffolding has to be erected over existing lawns or flowerbeds, then all such locations shall be completely covered with tarpaulins before erecting scaffolding. (8) Safety nets and nylon screens shall be provided for full height of scaffolding to prevent falling of debris and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (9) Scaffolding shall be erected as per the provisions of IS 3697 (10) All safety precautions and measures shall be taken as per BARC Construction safety Manual.

Roughening thoroughly entire surface area of the ceiling, beams, walls etc. and removal of damaged / spalled concrete carefully up to hard core concrete using sanders / electrically operated angle grinders / wire brushes etc complete and drying the surface by hot air blower near damp areas if required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Applying one coat of bonding coat to concrete surfaces / protective coats to reinforcement bars with Adhesive & Hardner as per manufacturer specifications by brush application and sprinkling of Quartz Sand when the coat is tacky etc. in the ratio 100 (Adhesive) : 60 (Hardner) pbw. Adhesive shall be a low-viscosity, crystallization-resistant epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A and modified with a reactive diluent.The Hardner shall be a low viscosity curing agent developed specifically for use in highly humid or wet application areas. [Refer Detailed Technical Sepecification no. TS-01]

Applying one coat of primer coat between two epoxy mortar layers with Adhesive & Hardener in the ratio as per manufacturer specification by brush application. Adhesive shall be a low-viscosity, crystallization-resistant epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A and modified with a reactive diluent. The Hardner shall be a Polyamidoimidazoline (PAI). The ratio of adhesive: Hardner = 100:50 pbw. Measurement shall be made for each application required. [Refer Detailed Technical Sepecification no. TS-02]

Preparing Epoxy repair mortar with Adhesive, Hardener, Quartz Sand no. 10. in the ratio as per manufacturer's specifications, applying the epoxy mortar on ceiling in average 3 mm thickness. Surface Preparation & bond coat will be paid under relevant items. The Adhesive shall be a medium-viscosity, unmodified epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A and Hardener shall be Polyamidoimidazoline (PAI). The ratio of Adhesive: Hardener:Quartz Sand no.10 =100:50:800/900 pbw. [Refer Detailed Technical Sepecification no. TS-03]

Providing and applying one coat of Epoxy putty with Adhesive, Hardener & Silica powder in the ratio as per manufacturer specification including one layer Glass cloth of 100 to 110 GSM Epoxy compatible, Glass cloth fully impregnated with Epoxy putty and Hardener as per manufacturers specifications. The adhesive shall be a low-viscosity, crystallization-resistant epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A and modified with a reactive diluent and Hardener shall be a Polyamidoimidazoline (PAI).The ratio of Adhesive: Hardener:Silica Powder = 100:50:200-300. [Refer Detailed Technical Sepecification no. TS-04]

Applying 2 coats of sealer coats using Adhesive, Hardener, Silica Flour, Flow Control Agent in the ratio as per manufacturer specifications by brush application to have even surface etc. Sealer Coat shall have the composition of : Adhesive shall be of low-viscosity, crystallization-resistant epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A and the Hardener shall be cycloaliphatic polyamine hardener. The ratio of Adhesive: Hardener:Silica Flour: Flow Control Agent = 100:45:20:5 pbw [Refer Detailed Technical Sepecification no. TS-05]

Treatment To The Cracks and Joints If any

Cutting V groove 10 mm wide 15mm deep along with the cracks.

Sealing the Cracks with Epoxy Primer and Epoxy Putty with adhesive & hardener as per manufacturer specifications. The Adhesive shall be a low-viscosity, crystallization-resistant epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A and modified with a reactive diluent and the Hardener shall be Polyamidoimidazoline (PAI)/ "Quartz sand Mix-10". The ratio of Adhesive: Hardener:"Quartz sand Mix-10" = 100:50:800/900 pbw [Refer Detailed Technical Sepecification no. TS-06]

Injection Grouting of Cracks: Providing & injecting grout with water compatible epoxy in cracks and construction joints etc. including drilling holes of approx. 10 mm diameter and up to 25mm deep @ 300 mm c/c into the existing concrete, providing, fixing and sealing the nipples, removing the nipples after completion of grouting, with pressure 2 to 4 Kg / sq. cm, plugging the holes with epoxy putty and / or treating these locations etc. The quoted rate shall include cost of all materials, plant & equipment, machinery and testing of materials, labour, consumables, etc. all complete as directed by the EIC. Water Compatible Epoxy with composition (product A): (product B):(Product C)= (100:16:4) pbw or (Product A):(Product D):(Product B)= (100:30:10) pbw as per manufacturer specifications. Providing & fixing PVC / Aluminum Nipples (Payment will be made for nos. of nipples fixed).

Providing & injecting Epoxy

Filling the groves of expansion joint Horizontal / Vertical tightly with Polyurethane backer rod/sheet as required upto a height of 20m including material, scaffolding etc all complete as directed by the Project Engineer.

Providing supplying and sealing the Expansion Joints with Gungrade Polysulphide sealant suitable for RCC Construction Joints by removing the expansion joint board up to 25 mm deep and cleaning the suface neatly and filling Gungrade sealent up to 25 mm deep to the lines and levels (50 mm wide) complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the project engineer. The elastomeric joint sealant shall be , two-component, high performance polysulfide formulation having weathering resistance to ultra-violet rays. The product shall exhibit shore A hardness of 25 and have movement accommodation factor of 25%. The sealant must comply with the performance specifications as laid in BS:4254 and ASTM C 920. All the joints must be primed using compatible primer for the substrate from the MASTERFLEX PRIMER range. Supplying of unskilled man power / labour for loading / unloading, area cleaning and miscellaneous works etc. including cost of equipment / material whichever is required at site.
