INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS:- Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multistranded FRLSH copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in and including medium grade PVC rigid non metalic conduit concealed in any type of wall should be conforming to IS-9537 with all accessories including modular cover plate, base plate and MS metal box of thickness 1.2mm as per site, 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for :-

Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cmx 60cm x 6 mm thick surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top as of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia,( NO 8 SWG) by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earth wire protected by galvanised steel pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR - 2009(Pt I) & including necessary excavation and earth work. S&F 15 mm bore brass chromium plated Two way bib taps with knob to operate, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast copper alloy chromium plated health faucet with 1.0 mtr flexible pipe 15mm as approved complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wash hand basin vitreous china white, wall hung of size 585x450x220 mm with full pedestal including fixing accessories, SS coupling and waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore Brass chromium plated single lever wash hand basin pillar cock quarter turn complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of PVC Gully Trap of 300mm x 300mm size incl P/S trap clear inside with 100 mm dia outlet making excavation pit in all kinds of soil excluding soft rock and hard rock to a size of 600 x 600 mm and laying of 100 mm thick 1:4:8 mix cement concrete bed and constructing chamber with internal clear dimension of 300 x 300 mm using brick work 115 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 up to a height of 300 mm above gully trap or up to 100 mm above paving level, plastering internal and external surface with cement mortar 1:4 to 15m thick finishing to smooth inside surface with necessary benching and channelling providing 150 x 150 mm size cast iron grating, including 40 mm thick precast RCC cover slab, clearing the surplus material, earth etc. complete. The Weight of Cover & Frame not be less than 8 kg as per standard design.

Supplying and construction of intercepting chambers of internal dimension of 450x450x600 up to 600 depth in 230mm thick brick masonry in 1:3 cement mortar, 150mm thick foundation in 1:3:6 cement concrete, haunching and benching in 1:2:4cement concrete, 20mm thick waterproof cement plastering in 1:3 to both internal and external surface finished with floating coat of neat cement, D.I. heavy duty rectangular type manhole cover and frame totally weighing not less than 75 Kg. fixed over 100mm thick RCC coping in 1:2:4 cement concrete with 10mm dia. Pipe to be laid below ground level in trenches upto required depth to the required slope. (for complete external under ground sewer drainage network) (SEWER )

Sewage Disposal:- RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for complete for 50 users complete all as specified

Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3.0 M dia X 3.0 M effective depth complete all as specified

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:- M&L for cutting & making one additional connection of GI pipe 40mm dia from 80/100 mm dia existing GI water distribution line including all necessary fitting etc. Note : (i) Excavation and returning filling for making branch connection will be measured and paid under relevant items. (ii) GI clamp, fittings etc required for making branch connection are deemed to be incluled in overall cost.

Dismantling & taking out of existing MS flanged pipe heavy duty of size 150mm dia from proposed approach road for proposed AGE E/M office complex and MRS and re-laying the existing MS flanged MS pipe heavy duty of size 150mm as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge during execution of work including all necessary required fittings such as flanged, bend, Tee or other MS specials, nut bolt washer & rubber/fiber gasket 3mm thick including all necessary T&P and earth work inclusive in the unit rate. Note : Earth work for taking out existing MS pipe will be measued and paid separetaly

Supply , Laying and jointing of hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe of YST-240, grade B as per ASMT A106/IS-151239, Sch 40, nominal area size NPS 150mm, outer dia 168.30mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1mm and weight 28.22 Kg/RM laid in trench in hard/dense soil under road, culvert, etc including all necessary fittings such as Tee, Bend, Nipple etc including nut bolt washer, rubber/fiber gasket of 3mm thickness all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : (i) Welding works i.e flanged to be welded in plain end of pipe etc inclusive in the unit rate, nothing will be paid extra in this account. EXTERNAL ELECT SUPPLY:- Supplying & fixing of double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 63mm outer dia (OD 63mm & ID 51mm)confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and direcetd.

Supply and spread stone aggregate of size 20 mm at transformer yard complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Rolling and consolidating road formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power road roller, watering as necessary including filling in hollows and depressions and consolidating to the required level, gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base (GSB) grading as per Grading II of Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 in a single layer over compacted sub grade consisting of natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the sub grade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98 % of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, Laying, compaction of Wet Mix Macadam conforming to Clause 406 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) , 250 mm thick (compacted thickness,125 mm thick in two separate layers) with mechanically crushed graded stone aggregates and granular material (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ), grading of aggregates as per Table 400-13 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) ,including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density , required gradient and camber etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES: 1. The WMM shall be laid in two layers i.e each layer of 125 mm thick (compacted thickness). 2. For payment purpose,both layers shall be considered as one unit.

Preparation of un-surfaced water mixed macadam (WMM) surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud ,dust, loose material, foreign material etc., sweeping with power brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming coat on un-surfaced wet mix macadam surfaces conforming to Clause 502 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with cationic bituminous emulsion SS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 7.5 kg per 10 sq metres using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Applying cationic bituminous emulsion RS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 2.5 kg per 10 sq metres using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous Concrete (BC) layer conforming to clause 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler, 5.5% binder (paving Bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives (quantity, quality and grade as per the approved Job Mix Formula) etc, cleaning and pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen to the specific temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives as per mix design in Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity, carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper, trucks, or any other approved and suitable arrangements, laying the hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber thorough rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface, including running expense of all plants and machineries, inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per clause No 505.3.3 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less 5.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii)The cost of materials, transportation, Job mix formula from lab and testing charges for various tests as required are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Cost of filler i.e rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be included in unit rate. (iv) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 55.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 of MoRT&H specifications entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonnes (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8 -10 tonnes static weight, followed by finish rolling with 6 to 8 tonnes smoooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause No 507.4.8 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
