Taking down and dismantling carefully pre fabricated cold storage plant with disconnection of all electrical , refrigeartion and control system connections and systematically removal of insulated wall, ceiling panels, flooring section and structural framing components preventing physical damage and safely shifting to MES yard including loading , unloading, stacking of panels for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,testing and commissioning of Pre fabricated modular Walk - in cold room of single chamber with following specification : 1. Cold Room Structure : Cold Room Size (External) (in Ft) 15.17 (L) × 9.58 (W) × 10.45 (H), Cold Room Size (Internal)(in Ft) 14.75 (L) × 9.2 (W) × 10 (H), Wall & Ceiling panel made out of PGI Sheet filled with 80 mm thick PUF insulation , Anti-skid GI Floor on 80 mm PUF , 1 no.of Flush Type Swing Door 80 mm Thick, desired temperature range -5 degree centigrade at an ambient temperature of 43 degree centigrade 2. Evaporator Units : SS Evaporating unit with 3 no. of fans of 12 inch size with evaporating unit weight of 45 kg , air throw of 16 ft and 2400 cfm flow 3. Condensing Units : Air cooled ,Hermatic scrolled condensing unit(1 no.) with controller, refrigeration type R-404 with nominal capacity of 36000 BTU/HR (3TR), Air defrost cycle with minimum 1 fan of 14 inch size 4. Electrical Power Supply 380–415V / 3-Phase / 50Hz ,Power Consumption 2.2 kW 1 Set Digital Temperature Indicator With controller 5. Operational Requirement :Door Opening Frequency 10 minutes/hour, Product Load 1508 CFTx 10% = 152CFT per day ,Incoming Product Temp 25–30°C , Pull-down Time 48 hours , Maximum Ambient Temp 43°C ,Defrost System Air Defrost complete all as specified and directed. Evaporator Units : SS Evaporating unit with 2 no. of fans of 12 inch size with evaporating unit weight of 37 kg , air throw of 14 ft and 1600 cfm flow 3. Condensing Units : Air cooled , Hermatic scrolled condensing unit(1 no.) with controller, refrigeration type R-404 with nominal capacity of 12000 BTU/HR (3TR), Air defrost cycle with minimum 1 fan of 14 inch size 4. Installation, Testing and commissioning of 2 X 36000BTU/HR and 1 X 12000 BTU/HR pre fabricated cold storage plant PUF Panels laying of refrigerant piping, insulation of refrigeration piping with insulation sleeves, interconnecting cables between evaporator and condensing unit along with cable tray, digital type AS Controller and commissioning of condensing unit and evaporator, pressure testing, vaccumizing gas charging using CFC refrigerants complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 3x10.0 sq. mm +1x10.0 sq. mm earth wire sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required (The above mentioned specified runs of single core cables and specified runs of earth continuity conductors and the relevant conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure distribution board TPN,4 way, double door powder coated, protection class IP-54, isolated neutral bar, mechanical impact strength IK 09 suitable for mounting TPN as incoming and TPN/MCB's as outgoing in DBs confirrming to IS-13032, IS-8632,BS5484 with min 200 Amp raiting copper bus bar and grouting, fixing on wall with nut bolts & washers properly and necessary pcc works required for disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing TPN 63 Amps, 415 volts, 10 KA rupturing capacity, IS-8828 marked, of the under mentioned type and rating and fixing in DBs (DBs Catered separately in this schedule) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Make of the TPN should be the same as that of DB
