Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (above or below GL) including removal of debrish to a distance complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 75mm thick , type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth and applying 6mm thick coloured topping with cement mortar (1:2) with and including pigments as required , polishing top surface complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 75mm thick , type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Forming 12mm thick expension joints filled with preformed bitumeneous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Gde A all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Forming construction joints 30mm deep x10mm wide joints filled with sealing compound of gde A complete all as directed by Engineer in Chrge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description as in manholes/septic tank cover slabs etc. in any position complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs etc. complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or secure with clips complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item no. 8 here in before but 6 to 8mm dia as in stirrups , spacers and binders, quality confroming to complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrow, letters etc. on road or pavement and like not exc 10 cm width with road marking paint white or golden yellow complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&l for mild steel work as in tubular truss including special shapped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS:1161-1979 of grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for fibre insulation boards of 18mm thick , ordinary type for fixing on timber or other frame work with nails and screws all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Use and waste formwork to side of pillars, posts, struts, piers, column and stanctions finished with fair finish of concrete surface all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for RCC nominal mix (1:1.5:3) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in column, piers, post and struts complete all as specified

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surface of wall finished even and smooth without using extra cment complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for mild steel work as in plate (plain or chequered), channels, square, cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachment of Fe-410-W(gde E-250) quaity B complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
