Attending annual maintenance of central store workshop division complex of ALHW, Sri Vijaya Puram for the period of one year (2025-26).

Amount

Sweeping and cleaning of Office, store godowns, scooter shed etc, daily/periodcally as per requirement as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of brooms, cloths etc., all labour charges, minor tools, GST etc, complete.

Cleaning and disinfecting all the three toilets in the CSWD Store Office including water closets-3 Nos., Urinals - 3 Nos, wash basins - 3 Nos., all floors and skirtings of the toilets, in the morning before commencement of office hours, including cost of all cleaning liquid/powder, disinfectant, toilet freshner, cleaning brushes etc, all labour charges, minor tools, GST etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Pumping of water to the 2 Nos, over head tanks of capacity 2000 lit. each from the sump / well inside the store complex daily on all working days as directed by the Engineer-in-charge excluding cost of water pumps, running expenses of water pump etc, but including all labour charges for operating the pumps, valves, GST etc, complete.

Periodical Maintenance of water supply and sanitary installations inside the store complex including checking of all water supply and sanitary lines over head tanks, sump, well etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charges excluding cost of any water supply / sanitary pipes, fittings etc. which will be supplied by the department free of cost but including cost of all minor tools, cleaning agents, bleaching powder etc, all labour charges, GST etc. complete once in a month.

Re-arranging and restacking of spare parts, hard ware items etc. In the store racks in the godowns No.2,3,4 & 7 including cleaning the racks, counting / weighing of materials if required, removal and disposal of inwanted materials like packing cases etc. including all labours charges, minor tools, GST etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charges once in a month.

Attending operation and maintenance of 2 Nos Weigh Bridge as per the requirement (40T cap.Digital & 20 Ton cap. Mechanical) on daily basis at Central store complex for weighment of loaded trucks for SVPMC /DSS/Others etc., cleaning, greasing etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charges, including all labour charges, GST, LWC etc. complete.

Attending Data Entry Operations including typing works such as estimates, Bills and other Correspondance letters of the Sub Division and attending routine works of Dairyentry and Despatch all etc, as per the direction of EIC on all working days including cost of GST.

Transportation of debris unwanted materials from the working site and the same may be dumped at PBMC dumping yard within a lead of 14 km including cost of all labours charges, loading and unloading, hire charges of truck, GST, LWC etc., complete.

Attending vigil operation round the clock at central store complex, Andaman Lakshadweep Harbour Works, Sri Vijaya Puram as directed by EIC including cost of all labour charges, uniform, torch light and other security needs, GST etc.
