Opening cover of septic tank, dewatering and taking out night sludge etc from septic tank and removing sludge outside MD land and cleaning the septic tank as per BMC rules and placing the cover in original position ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) All T&P including labour shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost. (ii) The measurement for the quantity of sludge removed will be arrived by multiplying the inner dimensions of septic tank to actual depth of sludge deposited by dipping the measuring rod. The depth shall be of that wet surface on measuring rod for payment purpose.

Cleaning/clear of blockage of manholes, gully traps, floor traps, vertical soil/waste pipe of different dia and sewage line in the area of AFS Khills by providing and deployment of 02 (TWO) Nos of Labours per day including Sundays and Holidays. Note : a) The labour (02 nos) will report daily at 0845 hrs on all working days including Sundays and holidays at complaint cell centre to attend complaints given by Engr -In- Charge.Complaints needs to be cleared within 24 hrs after receiving the complaints. The contractor will deploy requisite labour and supply all T&P ( mechanical Iron rods, knot ropes , bamboo etc.) scaffolding ladders any other materials required to clear the blockages at the site without any extra cost .Labour for cleaning of sludge from sewage lines (any dia) to manhole is included in quoted rates. In case any labour does not report to Engineer In Charge for the whole day or found missing more than half an hour on any day, Panel recovery @ RS.900/- per head per day shall be made proportionally from contractor's dues. b) The recovery will be made from the contractor @250 Rs per complaint which are not cleared within 24 hrs from the date and time of receipt of complaints. Decision of Engr-In- Charge is final in this respect. Two persons will be provided by the contractor at site. The above item includes conveyance cost of labour with their tools to travel from pocket to pocket to attend complaints including removal of sludge from the site outside MOD land to a distance not exc 5km (The department shall not be liable to provide any kind/form of transportation to the labour). (c) Registers of labour attendance and complaints slips shall be maintained by contractor at their own cost, which shall be kept in the custody of MES Department(complaint cell) duly signed by contractor's representative ,JE(civil) and Engineer in charge.

Notes for Srl Item No 120.00 is contd../- (d) The documents viz. attendance register, complaint register, log sheet / record of complaint made / attended shall be maintained separately for each locations / complaint center.(e) The police verification with regard to antecedent and character of tradesmen engaged by the tenderer, shall be carried out by the contractor at his own expenses before obtaining temporary pass on monthly basis. (f) The police verification report, showing names and addresses of tradesmen shall be required to be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge/GE as and when asked for. (g) The contractor shall submit attested copies of necessary safety insurance for subject tradesmen/supervisor employed for the execution of contract.

Systematically cleaning of 150 mm dia pipe sewage/drains by passing rope knots, bamboo, kampti and disc of required size from manholes to manholes ,septic tank and well flushing after cleaning sewer line/drain pipe with water (excluding manholes and septic tanks) including safety measures such as test for gas etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Depositing the removed garbage/sludge/debris inside dig out pits besides the manhole and immediately covering with mud/returning filling of excavated pit to facilitate hygiene and sanitation). All T&P including labour shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost.

Note: Depositing the removed garbage/sludge/debris inside dig out pits besides the manhole and immediately covering with mud/returning filling of excavated pit to facilitate hygiene and sanitation). All T&P including labour shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm bore drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and removing and depositing the debris to a distance n.exc 50mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n exe 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, sewage lines, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft /loose soil ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Salt glazed stone ware drain pipes grade 'A' internal dia of pipe 150 mm laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L cement Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surronding pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) bore of pipe is 150 mm ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs salt glazed stone ware gulley traps, square or round mouthed type 'P' of size 180 mm x 150 mm ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound including finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping benching for manholes etc including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throuting including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (Inner girth only measured) ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of RCC Manhole covers, slabs etc of any description and in any position not specifically provided for ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole cover of any section with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to TMT bars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto as per Srl Item No 133.00 above but 6 mm to 8 mm dia, quality confirming to Fe 410-S or Fe 410-0.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connect in new drains making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ½ round or ¾ section in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection 75mm thick ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in leyers n.exc 25cm each layer in soil ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil n.exc 50 mtr away deposited where directed n.exc 1.50 mtr high from the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
