Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

In the case of death of a contractor after executing / commencement of the work, his legal heir, if an eligible registered contractor and willing can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of work.

The amount put to tender is Exclusive of GST and the tenderer should quote Without GST

During the time of technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any certification/ information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid.

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work before submitting their tenders.

If any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good.

Any Modification/ corrections will be published in the KPP -portal. The bidders are advised to visit the KPP portal web site regularly.

Tender Capacity Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is ( A x N x 2.5 - B ) where, A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years at 2026-27 price level (updated to the Financial year in which the tender is invited) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. B is Value, at 2026-27 price level (updated to the Financial year in which the tender is invited) of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 45 days (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period. i.e., 2021-22 , 2022-23 ,2023-24 ,2024-25 & 2025-26 Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all Class of Civil Engineering Construction Works only) of Rs 8.43 Lakhs. (Usually not less than the estimated annual payment under this contract) (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited).
