Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling M sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 Mix(One Cement,four Sand,Eight jelly) using 40 mm ISS Gauge HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site including all labour charges for mixing,laying,ramming,consolidation and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supply and erection of Centring for sides and soffits of all concrete works using mild steel sheets supportted with casurino props for vertical supports including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site including all labour charges etc., complete. A. Plinth beam

COLUMN

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 Mix(One cement one point five sand and three hard broken stone) using 20 mm ISS HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site including all labour charges for mixing,laying,ramming,consolidation and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position TMT bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting straightening cutting, bending, cranking binding welding etc. Including cost of binding wire MS.chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Brick work in cement mortor 1:5 (One cement five sand) using well burnt chamber bricks of size 9 "x4 3/8 "x2 3/4 " all cost and conveyence of material to the site and all labour charges including curing etc complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and laying Precast Designer Paver Block confirming to IS 1568-2006 specification manufacturing and laying standard of M40 grade 63mm thick (table clauses 5 and 9.14) suitable for bus terminals industrial complexes road on expensive soils etc., including the cost of paver block of size 225mm x 12.50 mm x 80mm and conveyance of materials to work site mentioned in the tender schedule cost of loading and unloading handling during over Stone dust of 150 mm thick (excluding the cost of sand) conveyance paver block cutter to site and hire charges of vibrators and block cutter operator and labour for leveling the sand to paver block etc., complete ISI 15658-2006.

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications for 10 sqm

Painting Priming coat on new Iron works with ready mixed paint of approved quality ,

Conducting Geophysical Survey Charges including all other charges.

Drilling of 150mm vertical bores in Hard rock areas to the required depth as directed by the TOWN PANCHAYAT Officers including labour charges for inserting casing pipes, assembling in the drilled holes, including welding the joint if necessary grouting the casing pipes etc., and including transportation charges for the rig and supporting vehicles from one place to another a) Upto 150m depth below Ground Level

Supply and Delivery Of unplasticised plain PVC 150mm dia casing pipes of the following diameter in 3 metres length with screwed and socket ends and centering guides for every 15 metre length of pipes as per IS 12818/2010 and as amended from time to time to suit deepbore well upto 80m depth (CS) for delivery at site of work with IS marking including loading, unloading freight, transit insurance etc., complete.
