Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials rock/ concrete slab to a distance exc 1.50 Km but not exc 5.00 km and deposite where complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dry lean concrete (DLC) of average thickness 150mm, M15 with minimum cement content of 250 kg per cum using 20mm graded stone aggregate or as per design mix, spread, rolled and cosolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary machenical sensor paver tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but n exc 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excces quantity of cement than the minimum is use/ approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (b) DLC shall be as per MORTH specificationas detailed in particular specification.

Supply and laying dry clean sand spreading, leveling in layers 10mm thick consolidated complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand for filling shall 1.18mm single size and sand shall pass 100% through 2.36mm sieve and shall be 100% retain on 600 micron sieve

M & L for Polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness, virgin quality as per ASTM D2103/IS 2508 laid over sand layer with side and end overlapping not less than 150mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Measurement shall be taken for net area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include for over lapping. (b):- Sand layer will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule

M&L for Pavment Quality cement concrete (PQC) work in pavemnt of flexural strength 44 kg/sqcm (lower control limit-LCL) in field using minimum 400kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix, mixed with and including traingular/ Non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weigth of cement, spread and compacted by using slip form paver, thickness of concrete 200mm to 330mm as per site requirement all as specified including necessary form work, finishing by brooming / belting, curing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Construction joints / dummy joints and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (c) Cost of admixtures fibers to maintain as required by design mix shall be paid as supply only under relevant item here-in-after.

Supply only polyster non circular/ trangular synthetic fibers 6/12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron design for melting point 240-260 degree celcius and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.4 recon complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for fencing posts and the likes embedded in PCC or natural ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates framed trusses etc all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of , fencing wire mesh,of any size all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary bolting or riveting and spot welding etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured) all as specified and as directed

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n. exc 5cm long , diameter of neck 5 to 10mm all as specified and as directed

Supply only chain link fencing mild steel galvanised fencing any size and type (size of mesh and dia of wire as directed by EIC all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain link fencing of any type fixed to RCC / steel post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Supply only fencing, will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Supply and fix mild steel nut bolt, line wire and flat will be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair concertina coil 1050mm dia ( in stretched position), hot dip galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paint, making diamond shape with the help of dove tail clips( 18 SWG), fixed to the MS angle iron/ double tier position horizontally or vertically with and including binding wire all as specified and as directed

S&F Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over as in strengthning bars for chain link fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills gratings / cattle trap/ trolley gate/ railings/rails etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spiked framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed blasters walkways railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/fabrication only structural steel framed work such as grills gratings/ cattle trap/ trolley gate/ railings / rails etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spiked framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed blasters walkways railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 in any position such as in cement concrete and embedding the same in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair double flanged mild steel bottom wheel of 300 mm dia, 32 mm thick including necessary cutting of surclip groove, bearing groove and boost groove with and including fixing to shaft with nuts and bolts of any dia complete with two bearing at each side of wheel and necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over two coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed

M&L for welding in repair exc 2.5 cm but n.exc 5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, pavings ete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil/concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 ( using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of AC / steel sheets and the like (corrugated / semi corrugated/ plain) in roof covering including ridge all specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugatd steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specifeid and as directed.
