Schedule 'A' Part-I Taking up the complete submersible pumping set of capacity 5 HP to 7.5 HP from exisiting borewell of depth upto 122 mtr alongwith column pipe 80mm bore total length 105 RM after disconnecting the pipe from electric circuit. Reassembly of pumping set complete after replacement of parts, repair and lowering the same to the satisfaction and as directecd. Note: - Any repair required for pumping set, bore well will be measured and paid separately under respective Sch A items. T&P required for repairs , lowering or taking up of pumping set will be the responsibility of the contractor and rates quoted are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Dismantling of submersible pumping set of capapcity 5 HP/7.5HP for repairs with replacement of the following:-

Impeller (Brass)

Pump Shaft

Thrust Bearing

Water Seal

Strip opening of motor of submersible pump of capacity 17.5 HP and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper conductor of standard size including varnish, insulation paper and soldering of connection etc reassembly of motor with pump set with necessary studs, bots, washers etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of submersible pumping set of capapcity 17.5 HP for repairs with replacement of the following:-

Impeller (Brass)

Pump Shaft

Thrust Bearing

Water Seal

Repair to chlorine dozing system for disinfection of water supply by replacement of its spare parts like injector nozzle, dose controller, overflow pipe, delivery pipe, inlet pipe etc and testing the same after carrying out the repair work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The spare parts incorporated shall be measured and paid for separately under Item No 6.01 to 6.08 below:-

Rewinding of burn out agitator motor of 120 watts single phase

Rewinding of burn out dozing motor of Cap 1 HP single phase

Supply only calcium based granular chlorine disinfectant for water treatment in container of capacity 45kg with standard packing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The manufacturer, shall comply and gurantee the authenticity of product by providing test certificate mentioning date of manufacture and date of expiry. Make : as per E-in-C's latest approved list.

Repair /Rewinding of monoblock pump set of cap 5/7.5 HP 3 phase 415 volts with 24mtr head make kirloskar brothers suitable for circulation water/distribution system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of submersible cable of size 10 sqmm 3 core and connecting it with the pumping set motor and motor starter carefully including taking down the existing cable complete all as specified

Note : Schedule of Credit Rs. 24,885.00 (Rupees twenty four thousand eight hundred eighty five only) will be deducted from the total amouont quoted while accepting the bid. Details of Schedule of credit is given in tender documents
