Comprehensive AMC of Air cooled SCROLL CHILLERS with microprocessor controlled variable speed 11TR (5.5TR*2 circuits) inverter scroll compressors with air cooled condenser units for DX evaporator coils installed at MSL & CMPL extension buildings in IGCAR. It comprises of preventive & breakdown maintenance, repair/replacement of compressor and associated fittings and spares like expansion valve, loading & unloading coil switch, driers, Pressure cut out switches, oil switch, microprocessor controller with display, OLR, contacors and other electrical components in the system, refrigerant piping, etc and consumables like bearings, descaling chemicals, charging of oil, refrigerant etc., as per the scope of work given in the Section-V. It also includes 4 quarterly services.

Comprehensive AMC of DOUBLE SKIN AIR HANDLING UNITS of 7.5 TR, 6000 CMH, 75 mm WC ESP, double skin type horizontal hybrid chilled water coils with HEPA filter, precise temperature & Humidity controller to maintain Clean room Class 10000. The AMC comprises of preventive & breakdown maintenance, repair/ replacement of blower, motor, pulley, bearings, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, grease, V-belt. The scope of work involves Cleaning of pre- filters, blowers, strainers, diffusers, cooling coils as per the scope of work given in the Section-V. It also includes 4 quarterly services..

Comprehensive AMC of air cooled Package AC units installed at various building in IGCAR. It comprises of preventive & breakdown maintenance, repair/replacement of compressor and associated fittings and spares like expansion valve, service valve, blower fan & its motor, condenser/cooling tower fan & motor, driers, pressure switches, oil switch, microprocessor controller with display, OLR, contactors and other electrical components in the system, refrigerant piping, etc and consumables like V-belt, bearings, chemicals for cleaning evaporator and condenser coil, charging of oil, refrigerant, etc., as per the scope of work given in the Section-V. It also includes 4 quarterly services.

Comprehensive AMC of VRF AC systems installed at following locations in IGCAR. It comprises of preventive & breakdown maintenance, repair/replacement of compressor and associated equipments and spares inverter, sensors, PCB of ODU & IDU, OLR and other electrical components in the system, expansion valve, driers, Pressure cut out switch, oil switch, refrigerant & oil receiver tank, microprocessor controller with CSC controller, refrigerant piping, etc and consumables like chemicals, charging of oil, refrigerant, etc., as per the scope of work given in the Section-V. It also includes 4 quarterly services.

VRF system for capacity of 38 Hp, complete with Indoor and Out door units installed at FBR annex,IGCAR (running in good condition)

VRF system for capacity of 20 Hp, complete with Indoor and Out door units installed at Main gate complex (running in good condition)

VRF system for capacity of 12 Hp, complete with Indoor and Out door units installed at Main gate complex (running in good condition)

Comprehensive AMC of Kitchen ventilation system comprises of preventive & breakdown maintenance, repair/replacement of all spares and consumables like blower, motor, rewinding, bearing, v- belt, HCl acid, soap oil, kerosene, etc. The scope of work involves removal of corrugated filters from the hood & cleaning them with hot water/chemical cleaning / soap oil, Wipe the hood & acrylic sheet of the tube lights with kerosene, cleaning of exhaust blowers & filters, as per the scope of work given in the Section-V. It also includes 4 quarterly services.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of Split Airconditioners installed at CMPL Clean Room by rectification of all kinds of faults including replacement/repair of Compressors, fan motors, relays, thermostats, capacitors, OLPs, leak testing, Gas charging, oil charging, etc. for one year period as per the scope of work of all units covered under this contract. It also includes 4 quarterly service in a year.

Clean room validation which includes particle count test and air velocity/capacity measurement test on system.Test should be carried out on quarterly basis.

Removing trap door (size 42 Inches x 24 Inches) for cleaning filters during quarterly maintenance of ductable Split airconditioner which is mounted above the wall paneling and re-fixing the same trap door in position and provide & apply silicon sealant to ensure leak free air tight after service of the Airconditioner.

Painting of AC equipments, base frames, pipelines with one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint after thorough cleaning and degreasing.

Dismantling, removal and safe disposal of MS/GI, copper pipes, ODUs etc. It includes cutting, loading, shifting, transporting of items within a lead of 2kms.

Carry out temperature and Relative Humidity recording alongwith Air balancing, dismantling, cleaning & refixing of AC grills & diffusers at different labs & office buildings in IGCAR.

Supply & erection of 18000 CFM back curve exhaust centrifugal blower for Kitchen vention with 10 Hp motor and other accessories like Belts, Bearing, etc and as specified in the scope of work.

Supply, installation and leak testing of air cooled anti corrossive coated blue finned Condenser coil for Packaged Chiller and Packaged AC units as per the specification and as required. Air-cooled condenser shall be a compact coil made using latest advanced copper tubes with anti corrosive coated aluminium fins as per the original installed in the above AC units. Copper tubes shall be bullet expanded into aluminium fins for mechanical bonding. Independent sub cooling circuit shall be provided in each coils to improve EER.
