Dismantling Stone Masonry: Rubble stone masonry in cement mortar.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer: Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 50 metres lead: Thickness above 40 mm upto 75 mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine/ coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded 20mm nominal size stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. Including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibres compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06mm/12mm length to mixed @ 0.25% by weight of cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/mortar 40mm thick

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

Supplying and fixing machine cut fine dressed Red/Pink sand stone dasa or coping, with full moulding if required laid on cement mortar 1:4 including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade. 75 mm thick
