Supply installation testing and commissioning of NC 150mm Air release valve conforming to is-14846 as per details below:- Size/rating:- DN150/PN16 Type:- Automatic Air Valve with Duo jet Operation:- MOC for body and cover:- Ductile cast iron En-JS 1030 (GGG-40Z) and the internal parts to be of ss gasket and seal: EPDM Rubber Coating:- inside and outside epoxy powder coating The air release valve is to be installed on the 500mm/600 rising main by way of drilling a suitable size hole suitable for the installation of ARV. The job includes providing and fitting of flanged MS pipe Nipple (Class C) of length 2×02 No to ARV on one side and other side to the rising mains through sluice valve as mentioned below. All flanges shall be drilled to the same no. of holes as are in the ARV and shall be as per IS: 6392 table 5 and the gaskets are to be provided between flanges as per IS: 63879. The fasteners shall be of SS material. All tolls and tackles required for the execution of the job shall be arranged by the firm approved Make for ARV:VAG/Sigma flow/AVK/Talis

Providing and fitting of non-rising stem D.i double flanged sluice valve conforming to IS-14846 as per details below Size/Rating:- DN150/PN16 MOC for body and bonnet:- Ductile cast iron En-JS 1030(GGG-40) spindle/stem Nut: Brass Gasket and seal: EPDM Rubber Coating:- inside and outside epoxy powder coating. The Job includes fitting of the said sluice valve in such a way that it can regulate the flow of fluid to the air release valve and the gaskets are to be provided between flanges as per IS:638-79. The fasteners shall be of SS material. Approved make for ARV/VAG/Sigma Flow/AVK/Talis
