Supply of PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of AL. conductor cable as reqd. confirming to ISI-1554 part -1 with upto date amendment of the following sizes. Make - Havells/ Grandlays/RR/ Polycab .

2 *6 sq mm - unarmoured

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) by cutting bitumen road/ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling/making good the same etc as required - 50 mm dia

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface/Truss including dismantling old cable as required.Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) and making connections from service box

Supply of Steel Tubular Electric Pole of 9 mtr length(ISI approved make)

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for following wires over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes forinsulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer andfinished paint as required .

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on wood/ RCC/ PCC/ steel tubular/ rail pole etc. as required

Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 65 mm pin insulator complete with G. I. Spindle and nuts etc. as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required - Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making indoor cable end jointing with cast resin compound, including lugs and other jointing materials, for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 120-150 sq mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required- 160 mm dia (OD-160 mm & ID-135 mm nominal)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. Testing of Earth resistance is must.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.Testing of Earth resistance is must.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Cleaning existing trench by taking out and disposing old Damaged 11 Kv cable and soil from it

Dismantling/cutting of Old rusted obsolete metal boxes from poles and disposing the same

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in brick ballast foundation etc. as required
