Complete removing of existing treatment by scrapping with asian paints trucare wall sander: L- 01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7" to 9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and dircted

M&L waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm of asian paints or its equivalent over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all Sanding of the putty surface with asian paints trucare Wall Sander :-01H-01 or equivalent (having mechanical vaccume mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour step 1) mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with asian paints trucare putty mixer (trucare putty mixer with min 1400 W power having mixer rod of industrial stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute). step 2- apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of asian paints trucare grace spray machine (Model:; EH 230 DI) or equivalant having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a miximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041" Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and dircted

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of asian paints trucare graco or equivalent having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotescomplete all as specified and dircted

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using airless spray technology withmax working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paintusage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over prepared surface of wall using auto-roller and airless paint sprayer complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old decorated wall surfaces including cornices brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, working height upto 09 storey (30m), complete all as specified and dircted. Note:- Payment for providing grooves shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L required for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm, fixed with stainless steel wire staples beads, tinned tacks to wooden doors shutters complete.
