The under mentioned repair work is urgently required to be executed through job order to repair submersible pump installed at SRC LINE Meerut Cantt under GE(North) Meerut Cantt. ( 1 ) Dismantling, disconnection of pump set & taking out to workshop for repair & reinstalling at its original place after repair- 01 job (2 ) Cutting & removal of old burnt out winding of motor & cleaning properly of winding slot & removing unserviceable parts and replacing them with new one- 01 job (3) Rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper wire, providing required insulation, tapping, jointing & bringing motor into running condition by rectifying defects, faults in order to operate motor satisfactorily- 01 job (4) Dismantling of pump assembly & replacing unserviceable parts such as SS distance bush, NRV, Gun Metal impellar, pump shaft, Gun Metal Neck ring, as required- 01 job (5) Repair of impellar assembly by remetaling, welding, turning & finishing etc- 01 job (6) Supplying & Refixing new single phase preventor in place of old damaged single phase preventor- 03 Nos (7) Supplying & Refixing new XLPE cable of size 10 sqmm, 4 core in place of damaged/burnt cable and making proper connections as required- 34.00 RM (8) Supplying & Refixing new Set of contacts suitable for oil immersed star-delta starter of capacity upto 10 HP, consisting of 03 Nos moving contacts & 06 Nos fixed contacts- 01 job (9) Lowering & reinstalling submersible pump in its original place & making connections to make it operate smoothly & efficiently – 01 Job CH Head : 87/481/00 NOTE: (a) Certified that the funds are available to meet the expenditure.
