The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the Goods/equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years (b) Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided (i) the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and (ii) the tenderer as authorized representative has supplied installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 30% of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three year

The bidder should be a Manufacturer /Distributer /Authorized franchise/Authorized letter from the manufacturer (Authentication letter from the manufacturer should be submitted) having similar works experience & shall be in successful operation for at Least Three years as on the date of bid opening.

Documents in respect of achievement of turnover at least in two Financial years, a Minimum each year financial turnover not less than Rs. 6.15 Lakhs(Ferric Chloride)

Documents in respect of achievement of turnover at least in two Financial years, a Minimum each year financial turnover not less than Rs. 14.40 Lakhs(For Gramicid)

Documents in respect of achievement of turnover at least in two Financial years, a Minimum each year financial turnover not less than Rs. 23.00 Lakhs.

Reports on financial standing of the bidder such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets and auditors report of the past three years, bankers certificates etc

The Bidder shall furnish the compliance report against scope of work mention in the tender. Deviation if any shall be clearly mentioned
