M &L for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; MS flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, MS screw bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh, size and type to any standarards, rails straining bolts etc incl provn of binding wire complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over as in strengthening bars for bending cranking spirall for hooking for chain link, hooking end and welding with flats of chain link fencing Fe 410W (Gde E-250 ) quality -A or FE-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified .

M&L for preparation of new iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) over area exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10Sqm on plan (including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50mtrs and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete / brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixure of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for framed work as in ornamental and intricate design gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steekl sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified & directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks (FASB) conferming to IS 12894, of strength M-10 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
