Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc. 500 ltrs and not exc. 1000 ltrs and removing from store complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc. 500 ltrs and not exec. 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately).

Material and Labour for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks of capacity exc. 500 ltrs and not exc. 1000 ltrs and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

Supply and fixing of Rotational moulded polythelene three layered water storage tanks (cylindrical or vertical with closed top) of capacity 1000 ltrs, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description on roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landings, chajja and similar work including existing roof treatment if any complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for pressure grouting to leakage / seepage portion of RCC slabs, including drilling holes 12mm dia in RCC slab with power drill up to half of the depth of slab at a spacing not exeeding 1.0m centre to centre, fixing PVC sleeves / nozzle 10mm dia, pressure grouting using compressor with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions), top end of the PVC sleeves / nozzle shall be cut to flush the top of slab and sealed with PVC plugs after grouting done complete including all other necessary arrangement required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Material and Labour for brushing neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.0Kg of cement per Sqm on old surfaces of concrete or plaster on roof all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately at "supply only" quoted rate.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Material and Labour for preparation of surface by removing dust, dirt and applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20Kg/sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0Kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 150o centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/sqcm and 350N/sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement and tearing strength of180N by torch application with minium 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumin 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2Kg/sqm and on drying apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint over membrane @ 0.1kg/sqm all as specified and directed.

Demolition for brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1, 1:3:6, using 20 mm graded aggregate with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width and setting in mortar complete in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 on ceiling portion and finished even smooth surfaces without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on walls all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing of new plastered or unplastered surfaces, and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on walls all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 10mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces as backing coat to receive wall tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge such as in steps and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of UPVC pipes 20mm dia of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repair of 20mm dia PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and as directed.
