REPAIR / MAINT TO UNDER GROUND/OVER HEAD HT EXTERNAL ELECTRICATION SYSTEM ALONGWITH OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT MIL STN ABOHAR

Taking out unservicable XLPE HT Cable off size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: Excavation,earth work required for item shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated,screened,PVC beded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,clectric power cables (heavy duty)with aluminium conductor HT cable 11000 volts grade with cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth width and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying under ground cable in loose/soft soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removal of surplus soil obtained from excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and laying DWC Pipe ,Non metallic,resistance to compression:type 450,resistance to impact ,normal resistance to bending IP 67 protection nominal outside diameter 110 mm and inside dia 90 mm conforming to IS-16205 including necessary jointing material complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC preparation including cutting up to 45 cm width and depth of the road/hard standing and making good disturbed surfaces by using PCC type C2(1:3:6) by using 40mm graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe/laying cables complete all as directed by the Engr. in Charge.

M&L for Boring hole across the Road/plinth/hardstanding/path/drain/pavement etc., suitable for inserting HDPE/GI pipe of upto 100mm dia bore pipe for cable passing without damaging existing Raod/path/hardstanding/floor by manual using trenchless technology tools/necessary equipment complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Laying and commissioning only HT UG Cable of size 3 Core , 95 to 120 Sqmm, 11000 V grade PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured conductor laid in trenches/Road/paths/ on poles through GI protection pipe complete including connection of cable at both ends with suitable size of glands, aluminium lugs complete joining, testing and commissioning including disconnecting and removing existing UG Cable. Note:1. HT UG Cable shall be laid against retrived Serviceable cable under relavent items of the schedule. 2. Earth work for the cable removing, laying measured and paid separately under relevent items of the schedule.

M&L for removing connections of faulty cable from both ends HT terminaton after meggaring and confirm the faulty cable taking directions from Engr-in-charge as specified and finding the spot of the cable faulty position with any other mechanism like cable fault locator or manual with necessary earth work made and remove the cable from the trench and jointing the cable to serviceable condition after necessary meggaring values obtain and shifting or relaying the cable all as specified and directed by Engr-InCharge. Note: 1. Earth work for the cable removing, laying and necessary joints involved measured and paid separately under relevent items of the schedule. 2. hiring or arrangment of cable locator/cable route tracker/other any mechanisim with skilled operator for positioning the cable fault location is deemed to be included in the rates quoted
