Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and removing not exc 50 mtr and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam or soling surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and removing not exc 50 m and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled spread thickness 200 mm and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) of 150 mm thick compacted thickness in two layers of 75 mm thick each layer with coarse granite stone aggregate of specified grade spread using mechanical paver as specified, rolled and compacted using 8 to 12 tonne capacity vibratory power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be for 150 mm thick consolidated thickness layed in two layers (each layer of 75 mm thick compacted thickness).

M&L for Applying evenly a priming coat with hot pressure spray using Slow Setting Bitumen Cationic Emulsion conforming to IS-8887 / ASTMD-2397@ 7.5Kg / 10 Sqm over Wet Mix macadom (WMM) surfaces and allowing it to penetrate at least 5 to 10 mm from top surfaces of WMM complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% minimum binder content mixed by weight of total mix as wearing course, using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: - No Extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for more quantity of bitumen used)

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc , sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc over black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with hot pressure spray using RS( Rapid Setting) Bitumen Cationic Emulsion conforming to IS-8887 / ASTMD-2397@ 2.5 Kg / 10 Sqm over Bituminous Macadam / Black top surfaces of existing roads complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) 75 mm thick in single layer using Paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 4 % binder by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical sensor paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using vibratory / pneumatic and tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: - No Extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for more quantity of bitumen tused.)

Dismantling of Granite Kerb stone laid and jointed in cement mortar includign necessary excavation, removing the same carefully for reuse and or disposal of rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B-1 mix PCC 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Moorum / red bajri filling in side berms or pavings, laid in layers not exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Demolition of RCC in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Demolition of Brickwork of stone / boulder / PCC Block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken stone / boulders as Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC pre cast solid block masonry exc 10 cm type C-1 mix (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete to flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (Nominal Mix) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, duck slabs and in shelves and the like type B-1 mix (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel deformed or twisted TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) and rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 mix using 20 mm graded aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil material to a distance exc 1.50 km but not exc 5.0 km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new concrete surfaces over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic Enamel Paint (any colour) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new existing concerete / bituminous surfaces of roads, runways, pavements and like not exceeding 10 cm width and applying machine painting with 2 mm thick thermo plastic road marking paint as lines dashes, letters arrows etc of tint white / golden yellows etc complete all as specified and as directed.
