M & L for Glazed Polish finished coloured Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of thickness 23 to 25mm, as in Floors etc. made with M-25 Grade Precast Cement Concrete, Hydraulically pressed of size not less than 300 X 300 mm, of approved shape, colour and pattern, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed Polish finished coloured Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of thickness 23 to 25mm, as in Treads, Bull Nosed, made with M-25 Grade Precast Cement Concrete, Hydraulically pressed of size not less than 300 X 300 mm, of approved shape, colour and pattern, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone Slab laid, bedded and pointed in Cement Mortar of thickness not exceeding 25 mm and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc., and the like with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. The edges of treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three Nos of grooves.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Skirting, Dado, Risers of Steps, Jambs, Pillars, Wall Lining [Veneering to Wall] etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc. of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of colour White or Golden Yellow on Roads / Pavements / Runway / Dispersal / Taxi Tracks and the like exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MOSRT & H specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for periodical Cleaning of Runway Cross Drains [Closed / Open] or drains adjacent to Runway of width not exceeding 2.00 metres at Top in any condition including foul condition, by desilting Grit, Mud, Debris, Sludge deposits, Pebbles, Stones, Vegetation, Debris, Waste Material Deposits etc. including bailing out of water by mechanical pump as required etc., cleaning / removing manually / mechanically up to any depth smooth / free flow of rain water etc. and removing the materials / debris to distance exceeding 50 m and not exceeding 100 m and depositing in low laying areas inside the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for periodical Cleaning of Runway Cross Drains [Closed / Open] or drains adjacent to Runway of width exceeding 5.00 metres at Top in any condition including foul condition, by desilting Grit, Mud, Debris, Sludge deposits, Pebbles, Stones, Vegetation, Debris, Waste Material Deposits etc. including bailing out of water by mechanical pump as required etc., cleaning / removing manually / mechanically up to any depth smooth / free flow of rain water etc. and removing the materials / debris to distance exceeding 50 m and not exceeding 100 m and depositing in low laying areas inside the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Serial Item No. 45 & 46: The rate quoted shall be deemed to be considering following provisions and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. [a] The work shall be executed as and when required basis / urgent basis for smooth / free flow of rain water etc. during any season or whether conditions or at any time during the day or night as ordered / as required at site. [b] The rate quoted is deemed to including the cost of dewatering as required in any condition including foul condition, all the tools and plant as required, removing and replacing in position existing cover slabs of any description without disturbing the existing drains. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. [c] Usually, the labour when ordered shall report at site for cleaning of drain within 02 Hours and the blockage shall be cleared on the same day. Failing which a penalty @ ₹ 5,000.00 Per 08 Hours shall be levied and the decision of GE shall be final and binding. [d] It shall be ensured that the stretch of drain cleaned under the subject contract shall not require to be cleaned within three months from the date of cleaning. Under extreme circumstances, if the drain is required to be cleaned within three months from the date of previous cleaning, the same shall be carried out under specific written orders of the GE. [e] Area shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge and representative of users. A register shall be maintained duly signed by JE, AGE and the Contractor showing the details of drain cleaned such as location of drain, size of drain, date of cleaning, manpower deployed, T & P deployed etc. [f] The work shall be carried out using JCB / Tata Hitachi EX 60 / 70 / 100 Excavator or any other Machinery as required at site. [g] Proper care shall be taken while removing the silt, grit, mud and other materials to avoid any damage to the existing underground cables and pipelines etc. Damage if any occurs to the underground cables and pipelines, the same shall be made good immediately to match the existing and to restore the services and rate quoted is deemed to be including the same. [h] The work is required to be executed in highly restricted area along Main Runway. Therefore, the work shall be executed during non-flying hours either during Day or Night without causing any disturbance for flying. Proper safety arrangement, equipment shall be provided by the contractor for workmen.
