Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete:

Providing and fixing bright finished 100 mm mortice lock with 6 levers without pair of handles of approved quality for aluminium door, with necessary screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

With float glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing 12mm thick plain/semi perforated tiles of required size of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded pressed particle board confirming to IS:3087, etc in the existing false ceiling grid complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing aluminium section for doors and partition with available extruded built up tubular sections,fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle with available sections, fixed with stainless stel screws and panelling with available 12mm particle board and 5mm thick foat glass panes, etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.(The aluminium extruded section, particle board and glass panes available with BSNL shall be issued free of cost and the surplus materials shall be returned back to BSNL )

Providing aluminium sections including Glazing clips, cleat etc., of approved quality for fabrication of partitions, doors, windows and ventilators - Anodised aluminium extruded sections (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 8mm thick Cement board (V board of M/s VISHAKA or E-board of M/S Everest or approved equivalent) in partition including adhesives and fixtures etc all complete

Fixing of perforated particle board In false ceiling including cleaning of the board, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge ( The perforated particle board will be supplied by BSNL free of cost at the site of work )

Painting with high gloss enamel paint of satin finish (over aluminium surface ) of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two or more coats under coat of suitable primer of approved brand and manufacture. (Painted area of aluminium members is measured for payment)

Providing and fixing SS handle of length 12 inch and dia 1 inch of Dorma brand or Equivalent including all its screws all complete as per the directon of the Engineer in charge.
