Supply and install hi wall split units indoor / outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and within built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 Star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled as per BIS 8448:1989 reaffirmed 2003, digital display, copper, wall mounted indoor type with digital voltmeter and designed for input variation between 170 V to 260 V with output voltage stabilized at 220 V with accuracy of ± 9% and of capacity 4.0 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 run of 4 sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core flame retardant low smoke cable (FRLS) of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor including one run of 2.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed flame retardant low smoke cable (FRLS) with stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire connected to main switches DBs or in common earth dolly drawn with and including 20 mm dia PVC rigid non-metallic concealed conduit complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for cutting chases for conduits and make good the disturbed surface to match with existing surface.

S & F MCB, Single Pole and Neutral, 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, ‘C’ Curve, 10KA complete all as specified and as directed. Make: - Legrand Cat No 408609 to 408617 or equivalent & approved model of SIEMENS/ L&T.
