Providing and laying of underground M S Pipe (Class-B)conforming to IS:1239, ISI marked, capable of withstanding 150 per cent of the working pressure including water hammer effects and test pressure upto 12.0 kg/cm². including cutting, screwing, welding etc and providing and fitting of all fittings including flanges, bends, tees, elbows, reducers, clamps, hinges etc along with all the earth works. These underground pipes shall be wrapped and coated by providing twin coatings of bitumen, wrapping with first coating then wrapping with bitumen Hessian cloth, of following sizes: 150 mm dia. SITC of automatic control panel fabricated with 16 SWG for Doors and Covers and 14 SWG for frame and of CRCA M.S. Sheet Construction with Red Oxide Primer and finally with approved colour paint to be stove enamalled. The busbar shall be of aluminum with PVC sleeving of appropriate colour code, have a minimum current carrying capacity to run Hydrant pump and Jockey pump as designed and shall be powder coated including P/F of DoL Starter, Star Delta Starter, Automization Circuit, Battery Charger, MCCB’s, Water Line controller, Single Phase Preventer and internal wiring. The Panel should be cubical compartmentalized type with separate cable chamber & Bus bar Chamber. The Control terminals & Power terminals should be separated and necessary ferrule markings. Necessary M.S. channel for the foundation shall be provided. The ammeter & voltmeter shall be provided with HRC fuses. The Bus bar calculation shall be made for 1 Amp / mm² for Aluminum. The apparatus and circuits in the panels shall be so arranged as to facilitate their operation and maintenance and at the same time to ensure the necessary degree of safety. Provision shall be made in the panel for terminating the incoming cables as required in the single line diagram. Only Top entries shall be permitted and all cables shall be provided with cable terminations. Provision shall also be made for permanently earthing the frames and other metal parts.

Supply and laying of 3½ core 10 sq. mm aluminum cable from motor to electric panel for automation of the jockey pump.

SITC of pump with bronze impeller of capacity 2280 LPM with 90 mtr head with diesel engine 85.90 bhp,12 volt, water cooled with 125 mm suction and 100mm delivery, with base frame, coupling, battery, fuel tank, AVM pads etc. The pump shall be provided with mechanical seal complete as required.

SITC of horizontally centrifugal suction Hydrant pump complete for delivery of 2280 LPM against a total head of 90 mtrs, 73.76 HP with 3 phase motor with bronze impellers and coupling, base frame and AVM pads. The pump shall be provided with mechanical seal. The motor shall have a 15% margin of power rating over the rated pump input power. The motor shall be designed not to draw starting current more than 3 times normal running current. It shall be designed for continuous full load duty. The motor shall be full load duty & shall be capable of handling the required starting torque of the pumps.

SITC of horizontally mounted centrifugal Jockey pump complete for delivery 180 LPM against a total head of 90 mtr/14.75 HP, 3 phase motor with a speed of 2900 rpm with bronze impellers and coupling, base frame and AVM pads. Compete as required. The pump shall be provided with mechanical seal.

Earth work, excavation in trenches including back filling and leveling the top after laying of MS pipes of different sizes.

Supply and installation of weather proof external hose cabinets fabricated from 18 gauge MS sheet / suction with full front glass door and suitable to accommodate 2 no’s, 15 mtr long hoses and 1 no. branch pipes as required.

Chemical earthing of fire fighting machines by excavation of pit of proper size for main body and neutral for providing and laying of copper rod in hard and soft soil suitable for 12 ft long copper electrode followed by filling of required quantity of earthing chemical, Providing and fitting of suitable size copper strip from copper electrode up to the machines. Job includes filling of pit with excavated soil after fitment of copper electrode.

Providing and fixing of Fire Auto glow Signage with printed “IN CASE OF FIRE, USE STAIRS UNLESS INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE" in sticker/acrylic sheet form on boards made out of 3mm thick PVC foam board of 1.5 cm height letters in red with white back ground for Old Building Block and New Building Block. The size of the board shall be 25cm x 30 cm and shall be fixed at the height of 2 mtrs. from finished floor near Manual call points

Providing and fixing of Fire Notice, Fire order, Exit sign, Floor Nos. to be displayed at conspicuous places as per requirements of NBC Part IV

Design of Automatic addressable Fire detection and alarm system conforming to EN 54 by Supply, Testing & Commissioning, fixing of Microprocessor based Networkable analogue addressable type fire alarm control panel with LCD display and 24 volts sealed lead acid batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal working and then capable of operating the system for 2 hours during an emergency conditions as required. Job includes P/F of one loop panel, 12 No. (Approximate) Addressable Manual Pull Stations complete as required, 12 No. Addressable Wall mounted Hooter cum speaker,12 No. I/O modulus complete as required as per specifications. Annual Maintenance Contract for one years.
