Supply and Fixing 15mm dia tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete incl making the holes in walls and floors shall be made by drilling with drill or jumper and not by dismantling the brick/concrete and making good in CM 1:3 properly including taking down old steel tubing all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and Labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floos complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and Labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type 1:2:4 B-1 (20mm graded aggregat) as in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Dismantling of wall ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulatin board /slab/blankes, any thickness,including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & labour for false ceiling made out of 600 x 600 x 4 to 6 mm thick ceiling board deep panel suspension system made out of powder coated GI sheet main tee of size 23.50 x 40 x 0.63 mm and cross tee of size 23.50x23.50x0.63 mm and angle size 19 x 19 x 0.63 mm including 3 mm GI wire for suspending both necessary washers nut/cleats/pin hook etc for securing frame work to ceiling to the snap grid including provn of necessary holes/cutting for providing light/fan as required including making necessary recesses/projected pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectrangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm, in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and Labour for Glazed ceramic cloured tiles in vertical surface size of each tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or cloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4.complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and Labour for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cemement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situation. complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortor incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and Labour for Brick work with old size subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls, etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface or surface other than fair face of brick-work in (1:6) and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of stone wall surface with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement and finished surface even and smooth with out using extra cement in CM (1 :6) (wpc compound shall be measured and paid seprately under relevant item) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and Labour for roof treatment by application of two coats elastomeric coating of "TECH O THANE PU-White" @ 1.5Kg/SQM in CHOWKSEY CHEMICALS or NITOPROFF 600 PF @1.5KG/SQM in FOSROC or equivalent in IWL etc with DFT of minimum 1mm thickness on primed surface by using special grade of "Primer PR 71" in CHOWKSEY CHEMICALS or NITOPROFF Primer in FOSROC, complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour for water proofing plaster for sunken portion in CM 1:3, 15 mm thick in two coats with integral water proofing compound at the rate of 3 % by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of sunken floor / wall surfaces by applying two coats of elastomeric coatings of BRUSHBOND RSX in FOSROC or TECKFORCE 2K STRONG in CHOWKSEY CHEMICALS as a two component flexible elastomeric coating with minimum 2mm thickness layer complete as per manufacturer’s instruction’s and complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and Labour for clean plastered surface and remove all lose particles, dirt, vegetation etc. vegetation etc. Define the crack with sharp edge tool then clean and moisten. Providing and applying ready to use acrylic polymeric non - shrink "PAINTEX-4" upto 5mm 12mm wide cracks and finish at all heights, level etc. complete after 24 hours inspect and if requuired as a result of auto-suction, provide another filling over the same complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Errection & dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding (H frames) upto ht of 30 m & with necessary bracing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloth for carring out external facework of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & labour for rendering minimum 20mm thick polymer modified mortar in cement mortar (1:3) with graded quartz sand with additive Monolith - PMM of Krishnaconchem or polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit or Shalifix RM SG 01 of STP Ltd. 15% by weight of cement in one coat with and including curing as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & labour for cleaning the existing cracked surface of wall & Column surface by scrubbing so as to remove all the dust, dirt, grime, oil etc and washing the surface with Jet of water and applying one coat of FUTURA SEALER COAT in CHOWKSEY CHEMICALS (or euivalent in FOSROC, ASIAN, BERGER etc) @ 8-10 SQM , then after 4-5 hours apply two layer of finish coats of FUTURA-5 PLUS in CHOWKSEY CHEMICALS (or euivalent in FOSROC, ASIAN, BERGER etc) @ 4-4.5 SQM/2 coat duly including erection and dismantling of scaffolding upto 9 storey building, complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge. Note: Rate should be included with filling the cracks with acrylic polymeric non shrink compound like Paintex-4 in CHOWKSEY CHEMICALS or equivalent in other approved makes.

Material and labour for taking down , chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC Columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortor in CM (1:3) mix, 40mm thk in two coats, using polymer @ 10 to15% by weight of cementcomplete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge. Taking down carefully sub main wiring including batten/ conduit by unscrewing from wall,ceiling and making good surfaces to match with original status as complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with PVC insulated, unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor of 1.5 sq mm (FRLS) drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size fixed on wall including PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm (FRLS) as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly all as specified for :- Notes :- (a) Colour coding shall be followed as given below:- (i) Phase - Red (ii) Neutral - Black (iii) Earth - Green b) Electrical wiring above false ceiling shall be drawn through medium grade PVC conduit.
