Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre, etc. all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 25 thick cement concrete flooring type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified Double charged/Ultracharged ceremic tiles (square / rectangular) area of each tile (size 1200 X 600mm) exceeding 0.42sqm but not exceeding 1.0 Sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finish even & faircomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 4.0 here in before but on vertical surfaces/skirting dados etc over 10mm rendering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

M&L for anti-skid ceramic joint free premium quality coloured tiles 400 X 400 mm and 6-7 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

(a) After proper surface preparation, Apply one coat of Primer for PU coating as per manufacturers specification. (b) Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m²(minimum) or equivalent by brush / roller while prime surface is tacky, Spread waterproofing reinforced Glass Fiber mash of 45 GSM with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky. Allow 1st coat to dry. (c ) Apply 2nd & 3rd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (white) @ 650 gm / m² (minimum) or equivalent by brush/roller. Method (A) Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, Smart Care Damp proof 2K, having 100% elongation as per ASTMD412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5 clean all working surface and made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area ough surface, cracks and construction joints are treated by polymer modified mortar 1:4:4(1 Cement: 1Polymer: 4 Sand). Making Gola of size 75 x 75m at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 cement : 1 Polymer : Sand ). The coating shall be 2 parts of powder and 1 part of liquid without any water addition in he mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5Kg/Sqm per coats, etc, complete as per manufacturers specifications. (B) Bore packing:- All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and PVC pipe of various surface of various dia upto the neck of lvel of shall be filled with non-shrink free grout. – Smart Care GP Grout having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the PVC pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (C) Apply 12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement before treatment.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level , connecting to GI earth lead 4 mm dia GI earth wire ,by means of bolts,nuts and washers of GI and protection by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 gs /Sqmm ) and frame of angle iron 25mmX25mmX6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape ,GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at the bottom 1.75 meter long placed ontop edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of 40 mmX 8 mm FI with fixing arrangement ,funnel, wire mesh and earth work inhard dense soil ,returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as per electric plate no.3 of SSR part 1 and connecting to earth test point including taking out unserviceable earthing with all acessories all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr -In - Charge

Taking down old unsv existing LT cable of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay jointing and testing and commissioning in replacement of 35 Sqmm x 3.5 core XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor & PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 V grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not ecxceedinf 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables including taking up or down the LT cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of Excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying DWC pipe of outer dia size 77 mm and inner dia 63mm for laying of Lt cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay GI pipe 50 mm light grade for cable protection in walls trenches or any situation including clamp nut bolt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for laying of DWC pipe of outer dia 90 mm complete all as specified.
