REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL ELCTRIFICATION, FITTINGS AND FIXTURES INCLUDING FLAME PROOF LIGHTS AND EARTHING SYSTEM OF OTM AT SITE E AND AMDALLI TOWNSHIP UNDER GE (SB) KARWAR.

Amount

Rectifying the defects in domestic fluroscent tube light fittings/wall security light fitting/CFL fittings any type and at any height by tightening loose connections and rectifying defects, testing complete all as directed.

Opening switch mounting plate at normal height upto 1.5 mtr, rectifying the defects in fittings and fixtures such as switches, bell push, fan regulator, sockets etc by tightening loose connections, refixing switch plate and testing complete all as directed. NOTE for Item 1.00 & 2.00: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the elements of labour only for rectifying and making the fitting and fixtures functional. If replacement of parts/items is required to make the fittings functional, the cost for labour and material for the same will be measured and paid for under relevant items of this schedule hereinafter and in such cases the above items will not be measured and paid for.

Taking down carefully copper point wiring (light, fan, socket and power) complete(fittings to be measured separately) and making good surfaces of walls/floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor FR grade conforming to IS-694 part II with ISI mark drawn through and including suitable size rigid non metalic PVC conduit on surface with all accessories, including suitable size sunkpresses steel or cast iron terminal box with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed flush with wall surface by means of brass screw and sunk cup washers for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including providing 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed solid copper conductor cable as earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaires/fan etc at one end and to common earth dolly at other end all as specified for :-

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One 3/5 pin socket outlet 6 Amp on same board with other switches.

All as per item No.4.00 above but with cables 2.5 Sqmm for one 5 pin socket outlet 16 Amps on independent board.

All as per item No.4.00 above but with cables 4.0 Sqmm for one 5 pin socket outlet 10/20 Amps on independent board

All as per item No.4.00 above but wiring in exisiting concealed steel/PVC conduit for one light/fan/socket point.

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any sweep, dismantling, replacing defective part, overhauling, cleaning, greasing, rewinding, etc and hanging up/fixing back in the original position, connecting up and testing complete all as directed. NOTE: 1. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for minor items viz nuts,bolts split pin and rubber wheel, however capaciteor & bearing shall be measured sperately under respective items. 2. Rewinding of fan will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply and fix in repairs ceiling fan regulator electronic step type 230 Volts single phase all as specified and directed. MAKE: Anchor Cat No.14501 or equivalent as specified herein after.

Supply and fix in repairs capacitor of 2.5 mfd for ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bearing No.6201/6202/6203 for ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as directed.

M & L for rewinding ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep with super enamalled copper wire of exisiting gauge including insulation material varnishing and drying all as directed.

All as per item No 16.00 above but exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep.

All as per item No.16.00 above but exhaust fan of 450 mm sweep, 3 phase 415 Volt.

M & L for rewinding ventilation fans of 1500 to 3400 cmh 3 phase 415 Volt with super enamalled copper wire of exisiting gauge including insulation material varnishing and drying all as directed.

All as per item No.19.00 above but ventilation fan of 6000 to 6500 cmh ,3 phase 415 Volt.

All as per item No.19.00 above but ventilation fan of 14000 cmh ,3 phase 415 Volt.

Taking down defective ceiling fan of any sweep and depositing in MES store yard & fixing / hanging ceiling fan any size / sweep with blades, down rod & connecting flexible cord of size 23 / 0.0076 stranded copper conductor PVC insulated of length not less than 0.7 m complete all as directed. NOTE: Ceiling fan complete with down rod and blades will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing only.

All as per item No.22.00 above but exhaust fan of 300/350 mm ,3 phase 415 Volt. NOTE for Item No 22.00 & 23.00 :- Ceiling fan / Exhaust Fan complete with down rod , blades will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing only.

Taking down submain wiring cable any number of runs alongwith earth wire from the existing concealed or surfacae conduit and offering credit as per schedule of credit all as directed.

M & L for submain wiring with 2 runs of 4.00 sqmm single core copper conductor PVC insulated cable and 1 run of 2.5 sqmm single core copper conductor insulated cable as earthing lead drawn through existing conduit/casing caping all as directed. NOTE: 2 runs of 4 sqmm cable and 1 run of 2.5 sqmm cable together will be measured as one unit length.

M & L for submain wiring with 2 runs of 4.00 sqmm single core copper conductor PVC insulated cable and 1 run of 2.5 sqmm single core copper conductor insulated cable as earthing lead drawn through and including surface PVC conduit all as directed. NOTE: 2 runs of 4 sqmm cable, one run of 2.5 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit altogether will be measured as one unit length.

All as per item No. 26.00 above but 3 runs of 4 sqm and one run of 2.5 sqmm in PVC casing caping. NOTE: 3 runs of 4 sqmm cable and 1 run of 2.5 sqmm cable & 1 run of PVC conduit /casing caping together shall be measured as one unit length.
